This probably isn't important to anyone but me, but- as of today I've been here a whole year.

[He pauses. Sora could probably do this without feeling embarrassed or anything, but Roxas fidgets. Maybe this is silly.]

I... kind of wanted to thank everybody, for giving me the chance to do stuff I never got to back home.

So, um. Thanks.

Maybe all it is is being here.

I mean, for most of us, the stuff we were fighting for or against- doesn't exist here.

Yeah, some of the things back home don't exist here so...it does seem like we go get a chance to live in peace.

It's kind of nice...I didn't really get a chance to be like this until 10 months ago. I wish back home would be like this...

I hope I get to stay a lot longer.

...I guess you're planning on going home?

...Would it be selfish of me to say that I want to?

It's not that I don't enjoy it here, it's just that there's something I have to do back home.

[She can't go away for two seconds without someone fighting!]

Why would it be selfish? A lot of people have important stuff to get back to.

Well...I just don't want to leave behind the friends I made here too. There's a lot of people I met here and they mean a lot of me.

I wonder if anyone has found a way to see if we can visit them once in a while.

[The last thing she wants is for her friends to get caught up in the Orerines and the Ferines issue right now]

That'd be nice, huh?

Then no one'd have to say goodbye.

[But he doesn't really think that'll happen.]

And then we wouldn't have to worry about leaving this place or forget anyone here.

[Or you know...those who have died back home.]

...but, maybe that's a little much to ask for.

If it wasn't, then we wouldn't want to work so hard for it right?

I'm not sure I know how to work for it, though.

But that's why it's important to find out how it works. It will be difficult but that's what makes it a bit fun, don't you think?

Hm...that is the biggest problem isn't it? I suppose the first time would be to look at the coral since it is the one that brought us here...

Aren't there people who've been looking at it?

Mhmm, that's right. I've heard that Zelda's been looking into it but I'm afraid that's all I know who is.

I know there are more but...we'll just have to talk to her and see. [Pause] Would it be something you're interesting in looking into?

Maybe. I mean... if there's something I could do to help.

Then why not?

We can talk to Zelda and we can ask what she thinks about it. The more people that help, the better right?
