[ The feed flicks on as the SFC thumps out of a pocket to the floor. It looks like someone's laundry room, basket of clothing near the open dryer hinting that it was full of clean, freshly dried clothes... and a lot of white something or other spilling out from the top.

The basket shifts, and... Duke seems to be pretending he's a cat, or something, because all that white? His hair. Deal with it. ]

.... the hell are you doing? [ That would be Zelos. Duke just.. kinda blinks at him from his spot in the basket. ]

[Dhaos wanders into the room to see who Zelos is talking to, stopping just inside the door at the sight of Duke in the laundry basket. He tilts his head a little to the side in curiosity. What was Duke doing here? And in the fresh laundry at that? ...Looks rather warm though.

Dhaos takes a moment to silently debate the merits of joining Duke in the laundry basket.]

Well? Are you gonna answer me or just lay there like some kind of enormous cat?

[Zelos glances up as Dhaos walks in but if the blonde isn't going to say anything Zelos doesn't have much to say back.]

You're gonna shed all over the clean clothes.

[Well that settles it. Some of those clothes are his, and he's not about to let someone else's hair be the only hair on his clothes. Also a small bit of vengeance for Zelos trying to murder him when they first met, but shhhhhh.

And thus Dhaos flops into the laundry next to Duke to soak up the warmth.]

[ Duke leans up to explain that the clothes are warm, a bit like sunshine, and he actually brushed his hair quite thoroughly to avoid any shedding....

When Dhaos decides he was going to join him.

Dhaos this basket is not big enough for two of them.

The basket pitches over. ]

[Oh. Well this was a slightly ill thought-out plan.

Noting that the laundry is still pretty warm though, Dhaos just goes ahead and just kinda lies back in the clothes pile, happily basking in the heat.]

Duke picks clothing off of him and starts sorting it, crossing his legs. ]

Clothing is warm, brushed my hair to prevent large amounts of shedding prior to unloading and climbing in the basket.

[Nope, not getting up yet. Someone'll probably have to roll Dhaos over if they want at the clothes he's laying on.

...wait, is he purring a little...?]

.... Quite possibly. [ Duke reaches for the SFC... and turning it off would require him getting out of the basket.

Because the clothing is warm. I am not stuck, simply reluctant to leave them yet.

Is it comfortable there? Not too cramped?

It will likely become more so, if intended to stay longer than the warmth of the dryer lasts. For now, it is fine.

[ Only the owner of this house who's currently awake doesn't particularly want a Duke-laundry-basket-cat. ]

[ Yes. He sat and waited for the dryer to get to this point just so he could get nice and warm clothes to burrow in. ]
