Fourth Rose: Flower Adoption [VIDEO]

[Aya is showing an outside display of potted flowers getting a well deserved bath in the rain. The droplets of water roll off petals of various shades and shapes. Despite the gloomy weather, they make the atmosphere livelier.]

With the change in weather, some flowers may not take to this change well. Perhaps someone can give them a nice home with proper care so they won't just wilt away. With that said, the flower shop will take thirty percent off all flowers on display outside. The other flowers will only get ten percent off your purchase.

[He turns the camera around so it could face himself. Aya is smirking in light amusement.]

If you can beat me at darts, you can get a voucher for a free order of flowers.

[He ponders at the offer for a moment and decides to contact Aya.]

I believe Tsuzuki might like some.

Oh? [Aya smiles in slight amusement.] Have you been reading a few helpful books lately?

[He chokes somewhat before replying to Aya's teasing.]

I er... I just remembered Tsuzuki is fond of plants. [No, he's not thinking romantic at all, right?]

[Oh, Tatsumi. Aya smiles a bit more.]

You're very thoughtful, then. Are you going to give him a bouquet or a few flowers?

I am willing to challenge you for a free order of flowers.

[Smirks. Yes, cheap as ever...]

[Oh, his first challenger.]

Is that so. Name the time, then.

[Omi isn't the only one who's good at darts.]

I could do that right now, if you wish it so.

That's completely fine by me.

I will be there shortly. [And he hopes Asato is not there.]

[Aya nods and turns off the feed, returning to work and preparing the dart board. It was laying about the shop during the time he renovated. Might as well put it to good use.]

[And he makes his way to the shop, arriving not long later. He is relieved to see Asato is not there at the moment as he peeks inside.]

Aya-san? Are you there?

OOC: Who will win, by the way?

(ooc: is Tatsumi good at darts? Aya is pretty darn good at it. :| )



[Aya stepped from the back room, holding a few darts in his hands.]

I was just finding the darts. There isn't anyone here right now.

OOC: To be honest, I have no idea... But he is skilled with ofuda, would that help?

[Tatsumi spots him and waves.]

Aya-san, good afternoon. I can see that. All the better then. What are the rules you will establish for this game?

[Aya hands Tatsumi the darts.] It's simple this time around. The first to reach zero from one hundred wins.

[He takes the darts Aya is offering him.] Yes, sounds simple enough.

Thank you. [He takes one of the darts and throws it at the board, hitting somewhere between the triple ring and the bull.]

Hmmm... Not a good shot... [Waits for Aya to take his turn.]

[Aya watched without scrutiny to the other's abilities. At least not yet. He looked to the dart board, trying to figure out where he would want the dart to land. After another momenr, Aya takes aim and hits near the triple ring, but not exactly on it.]

Hmm... [He simply steps back without another word, but obviously not impressed with his performance.]

[cheapshinigami]

[Tatsumi watches with interest as Aya shoots. This competition won't be easy at all.

He shoots another dart and almost hits the bull this time, though not quite.]

This will be interesting...

Agreed.

[Aya steps forward and simply tosses his dart without much preparation. It hits the center perfectly.]

[In truth, they're probably not even playing correctly, but oh well. Don't mind the smirk, Tatsumi.]

[Of course, Tatsumi is not happy by that.]

You are quite good, Aya-san. [He throws another dart and hits the bull, though not nearly as perfectly as Aya's.]

[This is going to be a close game. Better come up with a strategy.]

How are things between yourself and Asato? [Tosses his dart, which hits a few rings outside the bullseye.]

[cheapshinigami]

[He will not be distracted as easily. Free flowers are in game here!]

We're quite alright, I believe. [He tosses another one and hits the outer edge of the bull's eye.

I do find it odd that you're not on first name basis. [Aya waits for Tatsumi to step away before tossing his own, on the opposite side of the previous dart his opponent tossed.]

[Well, there you go Aya, you have succeeded in distracting him.]

W-Wha- Why? Is not strange in our country to refer to each other on last name basis... It is polite. [And when he throws his next dart it barely makes it to the board.]
