Ah... well, hello! My name is Madoka Kaname and if anyone can see this, I’d really like to hear from you or at least I’d really like to hear about this place! I don't think I've ever seen a place like this before…

I’m also looking for someone, her name is Homura Akemi. She’s about this tall, ( Madoka pulls back the phone as she says this, showing more of herself with her just as elaborate, and apparently stringless bow, as she raises her hand slightly above her own head. ) Has dark hair and purple eyes. It's really important that I find her; I’m sorry for asking so much but if you have information about her, I would really like to now. Thank you!

( Madoka gives a curious hum, though that observation in itself it obvious. Nevertheless, she still continues to smile

Having made a thorough check of the list of names provided for every resident of the city, I could find 'Homura Akemi' nowhere. I think it is safe to assume that your friend is not present.

( She smiles before offering a small wave of her hand, when the feed cuts back in she's transformed out of her costume and into her school uniform. Still soaking wet, but nevertheless a little bit more comfortable right now than the other.

Right. There should be a map you can access with your device, but I'll send you specific directions to the nearest place. [ there's momentary silence and loss of feed—though rapid clicking is still audible—followed by a positive ding to indicate the successful sending/arrival of a text message. after a quick swivel which provides some interesting colors, the feed returns to its original steady state for conversation. ] If you follow that you shouldn't have any problems. Housing is as free as everything else, and the complexes are much easier to find— there should be a directory along with the map.
