Pretty easy, yeah. The sauce is the only thing that's sorta not, but that depends entirely on how inept a guy is at makin' it.

Yup. Vegans are different, though. They won't eat any animal product, so no meat and no eggs and that kinda stuff. The only other commonality is that they both need to get protein in another way 'cause the body needs that shit regardless.
