[Have you missed this face, Vatheon?  Wait..the face seems to be a little different.  That's because Fai's gain was one shiny blue eye.  He seems rather pleased with it. Too bad it's only temporary.]

So many people are gaining nice things. I hope the losses haven't been too great. That is the key, right? Something gained for something lost!

Tell me though, how many people would prefer the thing they lost to the thing they gained? And how many are happy with their gain versus their loss?

Hello, Fai. How did you change your eye like that? [Wallace was curious and wandered how such a feat could be accomplished.]

It's actually one of the curses I believe. It seems everyone is losing something and gaining something else. I gained an eye, but I lost my vampire abilities. I'm rather content with that.

Did you lose anything or have you managed to escape this one?

Losing something? [He hadn't actually checked that he had lost something since leaving the house. Now, he wanted to go back and check.]

That is a shame. People losing things sounds awful.

Sometimes it can be a good thing if the thing lost is something that you don't mind losing.

[Fai fell into that category at the moment. He saw nothing but good in this particular curse.]

It doesn't necessarily have to be something physical either. It can be something you are usually able to do, but can't do at the moment. Like talking or walking and things like that.

Talking or walking? That is serious stuff, Fai. [Wallace was rather nervous now. What if it happened to him?]

Does the curse effect everyone?

Not everyone. It seems to be fairly erratic about who it chooses to effect. You might not get cursed at all.

I do not wish to become cursed. I am sure Milotic would agree with me also. [He rubbed the back of his neck and felt a little uneasy about Vatheon and it's curses.]

I'm doing well. I thought the last curse was a lot of fun with all the guests and things. Did you get to enjoy it at all?

I don't think I did since I was too busy decorating my apartment. I haven't been out much in the last few weeks.

It was really interesting. Sometimes it was tough when there were monsters and things around but overall it was enjoyable. Why have you been working so hard on your apartment? Finally getting settled?

I have bee working on it, yes. It's been hard work but I am sure it'll look great once finished. You are welcome to come around and have a look, Fai.
