[dream/interactive] God loves you as he loved Jacob.

They come. They fight. They destroy. They corrupt. It always ends the same.

You blink, and suddenly, you're in the middle of a violent battle.

People with obscured faces attack one another, air loud with the sound of their rage-filled cries. It's impossible to recognize any of them, but one can see men and women and even children of all sizes shapes and ages engaging in the attack, trying to hurt anyone who comes even close to them. Many have already fallen. And yet, you move among them calmly, and there eyes merely glaze over you before moving onto their next opponent. If you look closely, you can see small specks of golden light burning in their chests- how odd.

At the very edge of the battle is a small hill, and standing on top of the hill is a older man in a suit, smiling down at you before moving away into the tropical forest behind him. You suddenly run after him, trying to catch him, but as you both go further into the jungle, the darker it becomes. Sooner or later, you stop, (the man is nowhere in sight) and the jungle is dark and murky, and suddenly, there are whispers coming in from all sides, prodding, threatening, rustling the trees and leaves around you even though there is no wind.

You run.

And then you trip, and fall, and you fall down the rabbit hole, like a veritable Alice in Wonderland, and it seems as if you'll never stop falling and you keep going and going and going and-

-the strangest set of images and words play in front of your eyes-

And then it ends, and you roll to the ground, none the worse for wear. Picking yourself up, you are greeted with an strange sight.

In front of you are two giant thrones, one white as marble and the other a deep coal black. Sitting in the white throne is a young blonde boy petting a white rabbit in his lap with a small scar on it's right eye and the number "4" painted on it's back (like so). He looks up when you approach, and smiles, as if he's been waiting for you all along.

You may take the chance to talk to him, ask him what's going on. But if you get closer to the black throne, he'll shake his head in warning.

"Don't touch it," he'll say. "He isn't back yet, you shouldn't." And you might sense just how dark that throne really is- it feels like death, quite honestly.

Continue past the thrones (the boy will wave goodbye and smile and tell you to follow the light, and sure enough, there's a thin path of light just hovering in the air winding its way into the jungle), and you'll find that the forest lightens somewhat, though the light does scatter a bit oddly. If you decide to touch the strand of light you're following, a series of images will flash in your head like lightning- these can be anything from the scene of a plane crash to a images of a boat to a four-toed foot of a statue and lots and lots of static. It's quite the weird feeling (like a lot of information is going through your head all at once), so maybe you shouldn't do that.

But finally, as like all things, the path comes to an end at a river leading into a cave, but this is no ordinary cave. It's shining with the warmest golden light you've ever seen. And there's a man standing right in the river in front of the cave, his back turned, and for a moment, before he turns to face you, you can't tell him apart from the light shining in front of him. It's as if he's one and the same thing, just a figure carved out of that light-

And then he turns, and smiles in such a fatherly way at you, and it's revealed to be Jacob. He then seems to raise his head a little and reply to a statement that you've probably heard before in this dream, and the words seem to echo around you, as if they have power on their own:

It only ends once. Anything that happens before that is just progress.

[ooc: Yep, this be an interactive dream! Just tell me if you want to talk to young dream!Jacob (the boy on the throne) or normal dream!Jacob (from the end of the dream), or if you're just observing this and will talk to Jacob when he's awake, and I'll do my best to please. Also, post in your subject 'Dreamwalking' or 'Video / Text / Voice' So I know whether or not your character is interacting with the dream or not. Have fun! :)b]
