[Oh, hi there Vatheon! There is a cute little white wolf pup looking into the screen, occasionally pawing at it. She pants optimistically and wags her tail, but whimpers immediately afterwards and hangs her head. Is there anybody out there...who wants to play?]

See? She can make bubbles with her tail! Pretty watercolor bubbles in a pastel rainbow of colors.

For those who can see supernatural things, they'll notice that Sera's striped with mysterious blue lines. For those who can't, she looks like a normal, white wolf.]

[Gale is somewhere around the Embryon base when the barking starts, both from around the base and through his SFC, so he goes to investigate it. It sounded kind of like that puppy he's seen, but there's no reason for that dog to be here, so why...?

...Oh. Well, it's certainly not the same puppy, is it. ]

Sera scampers over towards him, leaving a trail of bubbles in her path. She stands on his foot and looks up at him expectantly. What's going on here? It's fun, but a little confusing.]

[And now she's standing on his foot. Huh. And, although he's not the best at figuring out exactly who someone is, he can guess the situation.]

[Sera cocks her head sideways. She doesn't remember being cursed. And if she is, it's not at all like the horrible curse ailments they experienced in Junkyard.]

[He really hates talking to things that can't talk back. It is suffering.]

[The dog shakes her head, then decides to paw at Gale's Atma on his ankle. Maybe he'll understand that?]

[You get lots of tail wags, Gale! She even jumps around in a circle. That wasn't as hard as she thought it would be. But Gale's really smart. If anybody figured it out, it would be him.]

[Oh, good. His next guess had been Serph, because of the lack of marks and lack of slobber on his face that a Cielo-puppy would be sure to leave but this reaction is even more proof of why it couldn't be his leader.]

Is there anything you need? [Need can be reinterpreted to want, if she stretches it. In other words, make him play with you, Sera.]

[There's barking.

When Cielo woke up this morning, he noticed his clothes had changed. And then he noticed his skin had changed.

Pretty much everything about him had changed, really. Overnight, he turned into a troll, one like Nepeta. Even his clothes changed. Must be curse time.

And this barking disturbed the nice catnap he was having in the garden. Okay dog, wherever you are, he's going to find you and tell you to keep it down.]

Yes. There is something she needs! She trots over to the door leading outdoors, and begins to rub at it with her paws.]

[Meanwhile, Serph's drawn by the barking. He only knows two dogs in Vatheon, and they certainly aren't usually in the base. So he's going to be searching for the source of the sound.

And he spots a startlingly familiar white puppy.]

Er, Cielo can try! Meanwhile Sera has managed to find Underwater Minesweeper on her SFC, and it baffled by what's going on. Those poor grey blocks getting blown to bits. Sad whimpers follow.]

Sera turns her head, then decides to abandon her SFC on the floor and run to Serph, tongue hanging out and tail wagging excitedly. This in turn makes a whole lot of bubbles.]

[And Gale opens the door without question- mostly because he probably wouldn't get the kind of answer he wanted if he said anything.]

Oh! Duh. Why did he even forget that he can't touch what is on the screen?! Geez this curse was getting to him. He let out a whine.]

Oh hey, another dog! She noses the screen, then lets out a friendly bark. Who are you, orange dog? And do you want to play?]

[Sera celebrates Gale's kindness by running around energetically, sometimes in circles. Look at all the beautiful plants, and trees...and smells. So. Many. Smells.

Gale, you've got to come smell this flower.]

[That 'Aha!' sounds awfully familiar. She turns around and starts to run towards Cielo after recognizing the voice, then stops in her tracks.

She sits down in place and turns her head cutely, looking quizzical. It smells like Cielo and it sounds like Cielo...but it doesn't look like him.

Cielo doesn't have horns, or grey skin. Not even as Dyaus.]

[You know, now that he's gotten a good look at the dog, it reminds him of the dog that helped them grow flowers at the base. So maybe he shouldn't be so annoyed.]

She inches closer, nose actively sniffing well before she even gets close enough to touch his foot or ankle.]

Oh yes! Playing would be awesome. He hopped backwards and ducked his head low. Then he shuffled from side to side.

[Hmm, maybe not. Sun Dog Descendant would probably have tackled him and smothered him instead. All dogs totally have strange powers, so he's not surprised by all the bubbles, though that could get problematic. Well, either way, he crouches to give this dog a small pat on the head and some ear scritches. Because this is a thing he's learnt in his time here.
