Well, yeah...
[Normally he'd tell the kid not to hold to thin hope but after everything Ioder's been through lately he can't quite bring himself to dash that hope.
Besides, you can't be a hypocrite all the time; if he were honest, Zelos is hoping she'll come back too.]
Guess we gotta keep things in shape for when that happens, eh?
