Well, like I said everything's free, including housing and all, so we're pretty comfortable. No one really knows how to leave, but time doesn't pass outside so when we do figure it out then it'll be like nothing happened. Most people are pretty friendly, including the locals. The city itself's all under water in this bubble but there's an elevator up to an island on the surface. Monsters are running around up there though so I wouldn't go alone.

You might want to start by finding somewhere to live. There's a housing office on the plaza.
