It just... needs something more.
[The voice comes as just a bit worn-out as the old Lombax starts fiddling with something on his desk, half buried into what appears to be a hat of all things. Just a simple metal hat with nothing suspicious about it at all, nope. Jade suggested he should build something, and it wasn't like the rest of the city would understand what it was anyway.
But that sure is a lot of devotion to a weird-looking hat, isn't it? Just what is he up to?]
