The Shiroganes are a known detective family in the Japan I'm from. We're highly sought after, but we are also cautious as how we have also made enemies. It is also tradition and fairly well accepted nation wide that should the Shirogane heir be female, the man whom she marries will take on her name to keep the Shirogane name alive.
