Umm... hello Vatheon! I was wondering if I could ask a favor!

You see... my asthma's gotten a lot better recently and I've been thinking that maybe I should train myself as well as my pokemon. Sometimes I feel like my own weakness might be holding them back... so I'd really like to become stronger myself!

[ He could play with them longer, travel further every day, maybe not feel like dying every time he had to walk up a steep incline. ]

But I'm not really sure where to start, so I was hoping someone could give me some advice about exercises and stuff.

[ He's about to end things there, but then he just HAS to add. ]

And if anyone else happens to be a trainer and would like to battle some time I'm always ready!

Ah, yes, Wally? I am glad to hear your health has improved; for exercising, running is always a good start. It tones much of the body. [ The knight smiles softly. It always makes her happy to see someone who has the determination to better themselves. ]

But what I really wanted to tell you was that one of my pokemon recently laid an egg! And I was hoping I could give it to you. I have a feeling that you're really the sort who could care for it and raise it well.

An egg..? I see. You.. want me to raise the egg? I.. wouldn't have a clue as to how to raise a Pokémon. [ Still, there's an eagerness in her eyes saying she is most certainly interested. ]

I guess if you do something that doesn't put on too much strain, you should be at least fine.

I most certainly did not expect to have to advise this again.

Albeit, I will address most of your concerns. A man who suffers allergies can face the same severity of exercise as any man, considering he avoids long periods of exertion and exercising when ill. If you are of a good constitution, I assure you wrestling will bring you to good health. I most definitely advise stretching and strength training. Or, perhaps if you are weak swimming then a brisk walk.

If the weather is cold, exercise indoors or wear a square of cloth over your nose and mouth. And avoid it outdoors when the flowers give off their scent. Certainly don't exert yourself. Exercise at a level that is appropriate for you.

And even then, watch your diet.

I'm not sure what to say about exercise, though ... I don't know a lot about how to properly exercise with a condition like that.

Thank you so much! Swimming sounds like a really good idea. I think I could probably swim for longer then I can walk or run too as long as I can rest a little.

Isn't wrestling a little dangerous though? I don't think I'd survive getting hit with a chair, and that seems to happen pretty often.

No, it really doesn't. Battles are a lot of fun, for both us trainers and the Pokemon. They really do need to battle every so often.

Well, I guess walking a lot could be one. Maybe light jogging as well. At least to start with.

If you wanted a battle, you don't need to ask! There are plenty of Pokemon trainers around like Burgh, Wallace, N, and Hilda!

It's big muscley guys in weird costumes fighting each other. I prefer watching pokemon battles myself... but that's just me!
