I'd want the pamphlet to at least mention a little bit of everything we can think of as important, but otherwise I agree. Several new arrivals don't even look at the pamphlet in the first place, and those that do often give up. It should be focused on catching attention, and be as brief yet factual as we can manage. In the light of confusion and panic at arriving, reading a guide doesn't seem like a high priority to most.
