It looks like she's trying to make dinner for either herself or for her roommates (mostly for them) and she's working rather hard to make it perfect. Given her track record, Yukiko didn't want to mess up this. After all, she wants to help out the agency in any way that she can. Perhaps cooking would help.

She steps away from the camera's view for just a split second...and that's when it goes downhill. Such as the pan suddenly on fire. No really, the damn thing's on fire! She turns to see it and make a panicked noise as she quickly moved it off the burner and let it cool.
