Unfortunately this isn't exactly going to be a normal kind a military organization.
It'll be paramilitary an basically I'm usin civvillians, that's the wwhole fuckin point of a militia.
Seems pretty obvvious wwe're talkin navvy not air force.
I think evven humans can figure it out.
