Unfortunately, yes. Things do not stay peaceful here for long. There is bound to be at least a little turmoil every month when the new arrivals show up, and the curses add to that. For the most part, though... people who live here for a long period of time learn to live in peace with each other, or at least a sort of grudging truce.
