[ After messing with the SFC for a bit, he's finally managed to trigger the voice part of the device. It's easier than working video, and at the very least, someone will be able to hear him. Right? He's wet and just little annoyed with the way he's suddenly been dumped next to a giant glowing rock without much warning. Or help. ]

I figure this isn't Atlantica. [ Because he's still got his legs and there's no singing anything to deal with. ] So, what's the catch?

If this was Atlantica, I'd have been a lot happier when I showed up here two years ago, but... Anyway uh, I'm pretty sure Sora's here. I haven't seen him myself for awhile, but his name still shows up on the contact list.

Yeaaaaaah, about that, uh... Obviously we can't leave--I mean, I've got control over water and even I can't pull any miracles. The corridors are outta the question too since they'll only take you around the city or up on the island...

Ah! And every other week or so we get hit with curses. They can be pretty harmless or even just downright nasty. I got banged up pretty bad a year ago from one and now me 'n Xigbar could have matching scars! The smaller ones are a little easier to deal with though; they can be anything from sproutin' a pair of animal ears or getting stuck in someone else's body for a week!

So, we're trapped here, and it's dangerous. What are we supposed to do? I can't sit around waiting for something like that to happen and be fine with it.

...We can't really do much of anything. Sometimes the people in charge show their faces for some sort of... Q&A or something, but that's generally about it. We're just experiments.

I'm not gonna be someone else's experiment. Who are they?
