[Roland has had to take in a lot of rather crazy scenarios in his lifetime (or at least the latter part of it) which may be why this is easier to take in than it should have been. Then again, what else can he do aside from going with it?

He's only been watching the network for a short while - long enough to be unsure of its contents, and long enough to know that he should probably make an introduction for himself before he wandered around too much longer.

Honestly, I'm not really sure how to feel in this situation. This isn't exactly something you think will ever happen to you.

How long has it been for all of you? Did you all arrive at once, or...

Serph and Cielo appeared first. They have been here for a year. I showed up some months after, then Sera, Heat, and Argilla. Sera disappeared briefly, but returned with her memories of this world. It has been some months since all of us arrived. Only one other from the Junkyard has appeared- a tribe leader named Jinana, who was our ally. No one from your world has appeared here.

That seems oddly selective.

It is a common theme that those who appear from a certain world are likely to know one another. No concrete reason for it has yet been discovered.

No concrete reason, but obviously one exists.

[It isn't as if they're exactly unimportant in their world.]

Something to look into eventually, I suppose.

There are many things that are in the process of being looked into, but not many sources of information. We have no useful inside agent, at this point.

I haven't had the best of luck with inside agents lately anyway.

[He shakes his head at that.]

It will just take some time.

Even were anyone willing to do so, the scientists would have many methods of discovering. It is not the most profitable route to obtaining information.

Are these scientists really as all-knowing as that?

They bring all of us here, and they are a group contained away from the residents of the bubble. Any infiltrator would be obvious.

At least our time here is less limited.

There is always the possibility of random disappearance. It has happened to all of us except Heat.
