[For once, Minako is out and about, exploring the place she was meant to be calling her home, but currently she was at the market place. But with the communicator in her hand she places both hands on her hips, her face not looking as overly chipper as it usually appears to be. Moving her free hand to run her fingers through her hair, she moved the SFC to show her beautiful self.]

You know something, finding work for someone as talented as me, is hard work. I'm tired just from looking already. [For people who don't know her well enough would realized, it's only been five minutes since she started the search.] But if anyone needs to hire an idol, I'm your girl okay. I can sing, dance and act. I've even had experience acting you know. [Giving a cheeky little wink, she laughs slightly.] That was the first order of business from me, finding a job, but the second order of business is even more important than the first.

[Her face takes on a serious tone before leaning in to the SFC slightly, but she couldn't keep it for long.] As we all know, Valentines Day has come and gone and we all know it's a holiday for lovers. But, I might ask about those poor unfortunate people who don't have relationships, but have some good friends to help them through such a tough time? [She raises a finger in the air, trying to be as wise as anything.] Why don't friends gets a holiday all to themselves? [She tilts her head her eyes looking away, looking sad. It was a sad reminder that right her her friends aren't here, but she shouldn't sad, she believes would be okay, they are fighters after all. So after a brief moment of wondering, she snaps back t normal. The smile springing back to her lips.]

It is why I'm suggesting we have a celebration to celebrate friends and friendship. Because we all know that is just as important than love. They help when things go wrong, they are there in the toughest of times, so why don't we choose a date to celebrate. You never know you could even make new friends because of it. [She goes and sits down before letting out a light chuckle.] It would be like Valentines Day except without the romantic implications.

I don't get why that holiday had to be all about romantic love anyway, I mean...it takes all types of love to make a relationship, that includes friendship, right? Bluh, it's so silly!

[There's a pause as she thinks, ears twitching.]

Have you talked to Faust about the maid cafe?

I think it has something that could explain it in the history of the holiday, but I'm not the type to read. [She tilts her head, a maid's cafe.]

I haven't. I don't think I actually heard of a maid's cafe around.

You think so? Dave just told me it was made up by card companies to sell their shitty cards and overpriced candy!

[She knows very many positive people like that.]

We are really only just getting started in being a thing, but yes! I am certain that Faust would not mind having another pretty blonde girl working at the cafe. And working in your singing talents would probably be quite fun for him, he is rather enthusiastic. [In so many words.]

That's apparently a western thing. The cards at least. In Japan, it's more about the chocolate, be it home made or brought. But I'm pretty sure it can be dated far back, but I find history to be boring so I don't actually know.

[She nods, rather excitedly.] Then 'll make sure to ask when I find them.

Oh, you are Japanese too? So's my friend Ryuuji, I should--

[Ask him? No, reminding him of the holiday seems like a bad idea.]

--Uhhh, on second thought no. He was one of the people that got signed up for those blind dates, he probably doesn't want to be asked about the holiday ever again.

[Anywaaaay--]

You can't miss Faust, he's a rather tall man, although sometimes he's in the form of a little white dog.

I am. [Though she is surprised there are others from Japan.]

Well, at least there is someone else from Japan here. Though I do remember the blind dates. They were awkward, but fun.

[She nods. Until...] Wait a white dog.

I was doing the serving there, so I did not get swept up in that! Although I did get to dance a little afterward, that was fun.

[Aroo? She tilts her head, yes, exactly like a dog that just heard a sound it doesn't recognize.]

Yes? He can turn into a little dog, and it is white. I think it might be some kind of Yorkie if you are wanting a specific breed.

Dancing is always fun and great exercise to.

[She can't help but sparkle somewhat. That sounds so cute.]

He sounds so cute as a dog.

I had no idea what I was doing, to be honest, so it's a good thing Ryuuji was willing to lead me.

And yes! He is very adorable as a dog! [Although somewhat weird-looking as a man.] It makes me miss my dog from back home a lot, if I'm honest.

You do whatever you want when you dance, but it was nice someone willing to help you out.

You had a pet dog at home?

Pet, yes, guardian mostly. Bec took care of me after my grandpa died.

[...Jade, it's not really normal to say you were raised by a dog.

Ahem.]

He was very smart! Had some sort of weird mystical junk going on with him too, though, so I guess he was not exactly a normal dog. Did you have a pet?

Wow, you were raised by a dog. [Not something she ever heard before.]

I did have a pet. Artemis was his name.

Essentially, yes. [Of course when she says "raise" she means he protected her and trained her in strife combat while she fed him delicious radioactive steaks.]

Artemis! I like that. Gosh, it must be lonely not having him here. Don't worry! I felt lonely without Bec for a while, but i got to know some nice animals here myself.

That's odd, yet sounds really nice since you wouldn't have a mama to annoy you when you did something wrong. [Like hers does.]

It is weird not having him with me, I had gotten very use to him being around and useful when it was needed. But I'm making good friends here.

I will have to take your word on that. [She's hard enough on herself in compensation.]

It's been fun making friends here! I'm learning so many new things and having experiences I never thought I would have outside of dreams!

I've been in Vatheon since July of last year. Dang. I even spent Halloween, my birthday and Christmas here.

That's... [She tried counting.] A long time here. What were the holidays like?

...Pretty normal, actually! You'd be surprised--well, except for the pervasive fish theme, but is that really so shocking?

Well there are fish in my world, so fish being underwater, not really surprising. Being underwater though is.

Hmm...[shrug!] I've been in space, being underwater is fine with me.

Wait. You've been in space? How does that work?

...On a ship, mostly!

[Never mind it was a golden battleship not really fit for space travel outside of absurd scifi rule of cool.]

But as for the "how" um...I'm the Witch of Space? Power over planets and stuff is my thing. ...I would not recommend trying to travel into space without the aid of training, though.

Wit....Huh. [She tilts her head. It sounded simple honestly, but yet at the same time. A witch of Space...power over planets.] If this another way of saying you had training before hand. Like those guys who go into space did.

No, it was uhh...one of those "destiny" things, being the Witch of Space I mean. Sorry, I know should not bring up things from back home, they're very strange out of context.
