This is one of the more fun curses, don't you think? I suppose if I was completely a cat then I might change my tune. I have way too much to do to not have hands~

It's dampened a little from the information we received the other day..but best to think positively and enjoy it while we can! Well..those of us that can enjoy it. Some of you haven't been quite so lucky. Try to still find a way to make the best of it, okay?

[ someone looks upset. The country has been a bit sad lately, especially with the recent announcement. He hasn't quite noticed the copious amount of cheetah spots decorating his face, but he's been distracted from memories as a young child country.

He doesn't want to disappear (because that's what happens when countries go away)! He's reminded of his childhood crush friend Holy Roman Empire, who went away one day and never returned! So sad D: ]

[Some one's SFC is sitting in a pile of discarded clothes, tilted at an angle and facing the sea. It seems pretty calm out there, but after about two minutes of staying focused on this area something comes swimming through the water back to the shore very quickly.

Oh. It's that shirtless blond who showed up in the plaza last week, wearing those same pink and black jammers he arrived in.

As soon as he reaches shallow enough water he comes up sputtering and, eventually, screaming in a shrill voice. He bolts on to the beach and goes rushing by, a blast of sand covering the SFC and his clothes, cutting off the visual part of the feed. His voice fades in to the distance as he goes, though.

And then everything goes silent, until about five minutes pass he returns and picks it up, shaking the sand off. He still looks freaked, breathing heavy and wet hair dripping over his face.]

Th-there's a monster in the ocean! I went out to see how far I could swim a-and this huge thing came up and nearly ate me! WHY IS THERE A MONSTER IN THE OCEAN?!

I have come around to giving in to my latest inspiration, which is painting. I have painted a scene of the forest, just outside of the city. [He pans the screen to show a painted scene of the forest in watercolours. Somewhere in the picture is a small painting of Sewaddle eating one of the leaves from the branches.

Burgh pans the screen back to his face. Sewaddle pushing forwards from his shoulder to get a better look.]

If anyone would like their portrait painted, I'd be happy to do so. Art is such a wonderful medium to express both inspiration and friendship. Sewaddle, be careful- [He grabbed hold of the caterpillar Pokémon, who was nearly falling off the screen.]

-as I was saying, I'd be willing to paint anyone, who wishes to have their portrait done. No charge, of course, as I do it out of the goodness of my heart. If you wish to have your portrait painted, please meet me at the Plaza near the water fountain.

It's September already! Ve, time sure does fly by! Summer will be over before we know it. So to celebrate the last days of summer, I've made some summer-themed cookies

Oh, this ridiculous place, honestly. Always having to interfere with my work at the most inconvenient moments!

[When Rarity shows up on the screen she's just finished adding the finishing touches to a couple of boxes, each one filled with the orders she took a couple of weeks ago. Once she's through tightening a ribbon, she neatly collects all of the boxes with her magic then places them carefully into her white, diamond encrusted saddle bag.]

Ah! There now. For those of you who ordered a piece from me, I am pleased to say that this week I will be delivering them to you as soon as you are ready! My sincerest apologies for the delay. As you all know, the dome is not very pleasant with all the atrocious interruptions. Simply say the word and I shall make the necessary arrangements at your request~

Hmmm... now where is my darling Sapphire? I thought she was going to accompany me on my--

Meeooooowwwwww!

Huh?

[Wide-eyed, Rarity leaves for only a moment to peer out the window where she hears a familiar, robotic meow... then there's a panicked gasp.]

SAPPHIRE! DARLING! However did you get up in the tree!? Hold on, my dear! Mama's coming!

[And with that she abruptly shuts off the feed to go charging downstairs to rescue her poor robot cat!]

My little garden is doing great. I gave them a little kick and the strawberries should be ready in a couple of days. They really look delicious, so if anyone wants some I can give you some. Or we can make jam together. What do you say?

*When Selphie woke up and she was able to leave her bed, she looked around the house for Rinoa. She wasn't upstairs, or downstairs. That wasn't so unusual. Selphie thought she'd use the SFC to see if Rinoa could bring back those burgers she got the last time Selphie was in a coma. But Rinoa's name wasn't on the list. Selphie knows too well what that means.

On the screen, Selphie is still wearing her little yellow pyjamas, curled up on the sofa in the living room she used to share with Rinoa. She blinks, rather forlornly, at the SFC*


I don't know when it happened but...Rinoa's gone home. For all her friends here...I thought I'd let you know that I'm from Rinny's homeworld too, but I'm from a place more in the future than from where she was here from. So, I can promise everyone that even though some crazy stuff might happen, Rinoa ends up perfectly safe and really happy, with friends and people who love her.


*Selphie manages a small, weak smile, then promptly switches off her SFC*
