Does anyone know if there is anyway we can ever go back home? Just to see our friends for one time? I do like living here in Vatheon....it is just that I miss my home. If there is anyway of leaving the bubble, I am willing to take the risk just to see my home one time. [He sighed. It was probably futile but he wanted to try at least.]

I do not mean to be miserable, so forgive my sombre mood. I am camped out within the Forest if anyone wants to do some star gazing with me. [He looked up at the stars and sighed. Sewaddle was chewing on a leaf and was looking up at the stars also.]

[Like everyone else in Vatheon, Link is affected by the curse. So it is out of sheer aggrevation that he asks the following question.]

Why is it so cold?! I thought it was summer!

[He'd made the announcement individually to the few people that Ky knew she'd known, but he's sure there are more, people who might not expect her to vanish.]

[Not as important to the bubble, perhaps, as Zelda's disappearance, but he feels it more. He's not going to acknowledge that fact if he can't, though, not any more than he's already had to.

Has anyone ever done a survey of the different types of fighting that everyone here knows? It seems like we probably have a lot to teach each other, and I, for one, would be happy to learn something a little different. I currently use a sword and lightning magic, and while I can't teach the magic to those who don't have it, I've found that simply sparring against people from different schools of training has helped me to adapt my own technique.

But there's some things I can't learn simply by fighting, but things that might be nonetheless useful in the context of some battles, like firearms.

Perhaps if people could simply talk some about how battles go on their world, I'll be able to better determine strategy that should be used for the Defense Force.

And I wouldn't be opposed to learning something new, if anyone's in the mood to teach.

[It's sometime at the end of Friday that Darkleer makes this post. He didn't want to ruin the festival for anyone beforehand, but now that it's coming to close, he thinks it's a decent time. Princess Zelda of Hyrule is no long in Vatheon. I imagine many of you knew her, as she was well engaged in much of the community, including the Welcoming Committee and crafting the tunics which assist in breathing underwater. It is also thanks to her that we have been able to find out more about our situation trapped in Vatheon. She was an excellent leader, a keen and intelligent woman, and the finest auspitice one could have asked for. We will all be blessed if she is brought back to Vatheon at some point in the future, yet even if not, we were all fortunate to have her in our midst. I doubt I can take her place, but if you have any questions about Vatheon and its purpose, I will do my best to answer you.

Coincidentally, if there is anyone in Vatheon who possesses a calm head, knows how to settle disputes evenly, and isn't afraid of clowns, please contact me.

[There's a moment of silence, and then he takes a breath before reaching down for his glasses. He puts them on again and feels the better for it.]

[Some clattering is heard, along with some groaning. There's a little bit of shuffling before a tired voice is finally heard.]

What on earth is that noise?

[As more shuffling is heard there is the distinct sound of scratching and scraping at the walls. There's also small sounds of squeaking. Does the young detective's apartment have wood floors?

Grumbling is heard distantly.]

I really hope that someone's not trying to break into my apartment... They should know I have a gun and-

[The distant sound of a light switch clicking on is heard.]

What... is...

[GOOOOOOOOOD MORNING VATHEON! Your wake up call is a blood curdling scream before the audio shuts off after the sound of a thud, some skittering and a soft squeak.]

( someone seems a little more thoughtful than usual...
he looks down at the sfc in his hand for a few moments before lowering it, knowing that it's recording... he's standing near the coral, in the meantime -- )

People just come and go at the drop of a hat, don't they. Both the stupid ones and comrades alike, it doesn't matter. And it's not like they have any say in it either, it's like we're all just waiting for our damn turns to take a stab at the odds of leaving.

( his grip tightens around the communicator, which you can actually hear... )

So, tell me. How many of you have had your comrades come and go, then come and go again? Personally I'm getting pretty sick of it. What's the point in showing up again if you're just going to leave. Just leave them where they are so we don't have to deal with it in the first place, I say.

Some days, I really want to go home. Other days, I can't imagine leaving. I hate being torn like this.

[She sighs.]

Sorry. I've been feeling strange ever since that last curse. Maybe I just miss my dog a lot. Not that I don't love Sacra, but...

[Although her expression is hidden from the rest of Vatheon, the frown she wears is evident in her voice.]
