Does anyone know where I could find some office equipment? My friends and I are setting a place up that has an office area and I haven't needed to buy items for this before. It would be nice so that we can get it up and running within the next few weeks.

[Some clattering is heard, along with some groaning. There's a little bit of shuffling before a tired voice is finally heard.]

[As more shuffling is heard there is the distinct sound of scratching and scraping at the walls. There's also small sounds of squeaking. Does the young detective's apartment have wood floors?

[GOOOOOOOOOD MORNING VATHEON! Your wake up call is a blood curdling scream before the audio shuts off after the sound of a thud, some skittering and a soft squeak.]

[Renge for once doesn't look like she's complaining. In fact she appears to be....sparkling.]

I'm glad that this terrible thing is over, but wasn't what happened wonderful~ [She doesn't even know what happened. In her own mind it's something completely different.] It's like a story that must be told and I want to do it~! Oh~! So many things to do, so little time.

[She seems to be off in her own little world. Daydreaming various things. Have fun trying to snap her out of it.]

[So here is Naoto, once again at what seems to be a cafe, drinking tea and having a danish of some sort. She appears to finally be relaxed again. Well, as relaxed as she can be. She's back in her normal uniform again - which is good for her.

Taking a sip of her tea, she looks at the SFC. As usual, she still has the male voice up.]

These past two weeks have been crazy. I'm just glad everything is going back to normal again. That's not to say that it wasn't interesting. The "boss" was certainly something to behold. Not sure if all of the wounds are healed yet, but I'll give it time.

I must say I haven't felt quite like that since... A year ago, give or take a few days. Feeling accomplished... Like I did something that helped people... Even if I didn't do much.

[She presses a few buttons, then sighs.]

A month huh? Oh well...

I'm not filtering this to the Defense Force because I want everyone who can help, regardless of their prior involvement. But Defense Force members, I am particularly relying on you.

If you'll notice the previous post, something big is coming, and it's important that we be ready. I understand that this curse has left people limited in terms of their powers. But it's also given people some of what they didn't have before. Please, let me know what you have now, so we can develop a strategy for how best to work together.

In addition, once you've reported in, some of those of you with offensive powers would be useful on the island. Although some people should focus on staying rested, and figuring out what combination of powers would form the best teams. Please, feel free to talk here if there are people you think you are particularly well-suited to working with given your current skill-sets.

Beyond that, there appear to be some watermelons which when eaten will allegedly allow people to breathe underwater. Once tested, we might well need that ability.

[Even if the idea of that failing mid-battle and people drowning is...a worrying possibility. But he can focus on first finding out if they're real.]

If anyone has found any watermelons, or any large green fruits with a hard outer part and red inside [in case people don't know what watermelons are] please come forward.

So, I think I'm getting my bearings. Thanks to those of you on the volunteer can opener brigade, that is. I gotta hand it to this place, it's like Mardi Gras with better beads. I flash my shoulder at the natives and they give me free power tools. So, uh, things are coming along. I might almost be able to make a decent pad for myself at this rate, lack of answers aside.

[what he neglects to say is that as soon as he IS settled, he'll he looking for said answers.]

[ Of course he starts with a flourish, seated at his desk with his fingers interlaced over it and his legs crossed. That leg is idly kicking in the air as he continues, now that he has your attention. ]

It has come to my attention that the city is lacking something vastly important toward its improvement.

[ And he looks perfectly serious as he says this. ]

A maid cafe!

The host club is all well and good and I certainly don't mean to undermine the staff's prime efforts in keeping the city entertained but... surely, one would see the appeal of some of Vatheon's finest in a neat and trim maid outfit, the ambiance of a brightly lit tea room and the finest sweets the city can offer.

[ And he seems perfectly bent on the idea. ]

That being said, I have personally decided to spearhead the effort myself. If we manage to drum up enough interest and doubtless we will, we shall set upon the task of making a whole cafe in itself. To start, we'll need volunteers, of course.

Females, most definitely. Human or otherwise as we do aim to cater to all who reside here.
As long as you believe you look good in one of these.
