[The video feed clicks on, but it's pointed down at end of the SFC owner's orange dress, voice heard as it gets turned around every few seconds as if the SFC was being examined.]

Ah--!! Did I turn a camera on? I wonder if...

[Quickly the focus is shifted to that of a girl sitting with the coral behind her, red pig-tailed hair and a big smile on her face despite her circumstances. If Rise had learned anything in her time in showbiz, it was that it was a good thing to keep a smile on even when you weren't really happy. Because more than anything, scared as hell was a better phrase for how she was feeling right now.

This was definitely not where she was too long from now! This couldn't be the TV world, could it...? No, they'd all already dealt with that. Adachi had been arrested after all! But even with that comfort in mind, it didn't change her situation. Maybe someone would explain this to her. Maybe her friends were here, too! That'd certainly make this all a little easier to bare!]

To be honest, I don't really know where I am...so any information anyone could give me would be great!

It seems as if we have members of Strega in our midst here in Vatheon. You are not allowed to engage them under any circumstances. If you are caught in a situation with them, retreat. We do not know the effect of coral upon Personas, much less their own considering their need for suppressants.

Thus it is unwise to engage in combat. This is a time to reign in our feelings and not allow them the upper hand.

[There's a pause here as Mitsuru considers ending the transmission. At first she sounded business like and unamused, but her voice gains a softer tone and is almost fond.]

It seems that I fell asleep for longer than anticipated, and some of us have returned to our midst. If you could make yourselves known to me, then I would appreciate it.

[The feed begins and the image that appears on screen is that of a red headed woman, her normally fearsome demeanor tempered slightly by the haziness having been brought back to consciousness after a period of particularly deep sleep. Mitsuru takes a deep breath and starts speaking]

I apologise for anybody who was looking to get into contact with me, I fell asleep.

[That explanation would suffice for now. Surely the people who had been here long enough did not need more than that. She continues to address the network.]

Now that I have awakened, there are things that I need to tend to. Starting with the most mundane.

[Mitsuru's normally perfectly coiffured red hair is now longer and in need of attention.]

... I require assistance with my hair. It is longer than I would like and requires some tending to. Preferably at the hands of a professional. I would hope Vatheon has someone with those skills and are willing to assist me. Thank you.

[Mitsuru's quietly sitting in the lounge of the dorms, slowly getting used to the idea of being awake. Being asleep for such long periods of time is something she could never ever manage and for now staying awake is a task in itself.

There's a full cup of tea on the table in front of her, untouched and undrunk. She prepared it just a moment ago so the steam is still rising steadily from it. All signs point to drinking that tea being a good idea but Mitsuru's simply choosing to look at it as if she were in a daze. She could tell many things had happened while she was asleep so she was going to wait to hear an explanation from someone she trusted.

For the time being, Mitsuru's just going to have a staring contest with her teacup, as if she'd be able to divine some knowledge from it. Just like the mystics, except she doubted that the mystics used earl grey. Not like she was expecting any actual knowledge from it, but rather it was a game she was going to play to get herself to stay awake.]

[ If you happen to tune into this video, you'll notice something rather strange. It's just pointing at a floor, a pair of shoes visible. There's not much life being shown on the video, though the window nearby has the occasional movement from outside.

And it's like this for the next four days. No movement except the passing of time. If you send a message, there won't be an answer until...

The fifth day, a hand reaches down, plucks the sfc up and a groggy face is visible. Yawning, Minako rubs her face and peers down into the screen. ]

I left this on while I was napping? [ a five day nap. ] Sorry. I'm surprised the battery isn't dead.

I probably missed out on some stuff while I was power sleeping... [ her stomach growls loudly. oops. ] Right!

[ she cuts the feed there! ]

I know it's a little weird to think about, but do you think all of this could be fate? Coming here, leaving here, and even the curses. Determining who comes and goes...and I guess I wonder if you would be able to change it.

[After a minute she shakes her head, looking over at the SFC. There's a small, almost sad smile on her face as she speaks up one more time:]

It was just a thought. Maybe I'm thinking too much. But I'm still interested on what all of you have to say.

[Long time no see, Vatheon. It's your resident pimp protag on the screen! He looks a little tired and a little worn, but otherwise he seems okay.

Unfortunately, he times turning on this broadcast a little poorly, so he's caught mid-yawn, blinking blearily for the first few seconds after his yawn.

Blink. Blink. Ah--]

I guess there was a curse...? I hope everyone's okay. If anyone needs any help, just let me know.

[He kinda slept through it. W h o o p s. But oh right he had a question. And it's a bit strange to ask and he knows that, but he's going to give it a shot anyway...because he just realized that there's a bit of a gap in his life now. Two of them, in fact.]

But...I was kind of curious about something.

What do you guys think family means...?

[For someone who just lost a "little brother" and a "big brother"...he has to ask; it's not like he's really had much experience otherwise. So he turns to all of these people to ask, fingering a little piece of paper in his hand.

Peering into the camera curiously, you'll just see an eye at first, then panning out to her fce - hesitant, but still somewhat cheerful. ]

Am I the only one who thinks this fairy thing is a good thing? I mean, they get slapped on us all when we showed up, so who knows if they were spying on us? Who knows if they were even alive or just little magical voyeurs?

[He folds his arms and taps a finger against his bicep restlessly.]

I mean, I'd have preferred it if they'd just vanished instead of exploding. That was disconcerting...

[Another pause as he thinks, then he just tosses his hands up.]

At least the curse is over.
