[The camera pans down a long, red-gold fish tail lying atop a messy bed before flipping around to show Anya, looking rather annoyed.]

I don't know why that one cartoon mermaid wanted legs when she lived in the ocean, but I could certainly use some now. This is beyond inconvenient and I'm not even sure how I'm going to go to the bathroom much less leave the apartment.

If we were going to be changed into different species, I don't see why demon wasn't an option.

[It's a little difficult to record like this since he doesn't exactly have any opposable thumbs right now, but Axel still manages easily enough by punching in the right buttons... with his beak.]

There. Geez...

[Shortly after a face appears in front of the screen... and it appears to be very much bird-like. Another peck before the large bird scoots away, wings spread and tail fanned out awkwardly as he tries his best not to accidentally step on it.]

Well, at least this time around I can actually talk.

[Being a cheetah had been cool for a while, sure, but there's something about this change which excites Axel even more. Puffing up his feathers, he seems to grin at the communicator before he struts and turns a bit to try and get a better look at his tail feathers. Ooh.]

A bit flashy... but I think I can get behind this just fine. I--

[Suddenly as he opens his beak a jet of hot fire leaves his mouth. Startled, Axel scrambles back, falling over so ungracefully onto his back.]

[ Barry was smiling as he looked down at the SFC. He had a lavender colored robe on though it wasn't covering much. One of his shoulders was peeking out from the robe, and it was debatable if Barry hadn't done that on purpose. He had his chin in his free hand and seemed to be lying on the bed, though there was still a good view of the room behind him. He was in his own bedroom, complete with it's lush Victorian mixed with French Rococo style decor, but there was a new addition to the room that certain people in the bubble might actually notice. Hanging over in the corner was one of the Organization XII cloaks that a few choice residents still liked to wear around. ]

I was just wondering, the connections you make here, friends and lovers alike, does it bother you to know that one day they might disappear?

[From offscreen, the owner of the coat appeared, focused more on buttoning up his pants and fastening his belt than anything. Saix is covered in scratches, mostly clawed down along his back. He doesn't seem to care.]


I'm going to make myself breakfast. Do you want something?

[It's asked with apparently no care that Barry is using Saix's SFC to make a network post. The Nobody just grabs his shirt to pull over his head, flaring out his hair through the neckhole.]

[ Barry turned to look back over his shoulder at Saix. The smile was still on his face, and he seemed far too pleased with himself. ]

Yes, if you don't mind. [ He turned back to face the camera again, winking as he did. ]

I'll respond here, and I'm sure a few of you out there will have some very...interesting, questions to ask of Saix and I~

[ Barry disconnected the feed. ]

[ Barry has propped up the SFC so that he can be clearly seen. He's sitting back against his Victorian style couch, and while it's not odd to see a smile on the demon's face this time it's far tighter and less pleasant than normal. When he does start to speak there's a tightness to his voice as well. ]

While some of you may not have had the pleasure of meeting me yet, I'm merely here to inform you that my partner, Johnny Rayflo, [ The name is said equally tightly. He knows Johnny well enough to know he wouldn't have told anyone about Barry's own nickname for him. That was fine for Barry, Addy was his and only his after all. ] has left the bubble.

I'm sure he has many assets that will need to sorted out, but I'll trust others to do that in my stead.

[ Barry's honestly half tempted to go out and torch said possessions, but with Johnny gone there's really no point in erasing those particular belongings from existence. ]

[Saix really doesn't want to admit it, because that would make Axel right, but it's simply fact that he realizes once he's back in his own body instead of stuck in Axel's. It reminded him of what it felt like to be Isa a little bit, and it also reminded him of how it had felt when he had first joined the Organization. How he is now is... different. It's the Darkness. It feels thicker, like a heavy fog. He knows he's done some horrible things in the name of his goal, but never cared because the end justified the means. Still, this almost feels like too much.]

[Saix spends the day trying to convince himself that he's just letting himself fall into the same delusional trap that Axel has, but in the end, he has to know.]

[So you'll be seeing this guy on the SFC today, looking as calm and apathetic as ever.]

I'm curious, but are there any in Vatheon who are knowledgeable in the spiritual heart of a person? Perhaps the better, more general word would be 'soul'.

[A body, a mind, and a 'heart'- that's what makes a person, isn't it? But take away the 'heart', have it be lost to Heartless, and you're left with a body and a mind. A Nobody...]

... It's waxing crescent again.

[That's what he mutters after a while. The camera's facing what looks to be the horizon over the island and floating not too low in the sky is the moon, just a small, sharp sliver of bright white.

For those who recognize the voice, it's undoubtedly Saix speaking, but there's something different about it all the same. It sounds... almost mesmerized, as if he's not quite all there. That's because whoever's been stuck inside of this body can't quite control it yet and thanks to the moon's power, far away or as different as it is from the one back home, Axel can barely focus his mind and body on anything else.

Originally he had intended for this to be a normal video. He wanted to address the rest of the dome the way he used to when he was in his regular body. Maybe if he tossed out a joke or two he would feels better... but he finds that he can't. Not like this.

Something tugs at his chest and off to the side Axel brings a hand to his face, covering his eyes. He doesn't like this... feeling so out of power. After a moment, he speaks up again, his voice slightly grating.]

Someone tell me... How do you know if you have a heart?

And is it worth all the trouble it gives?

[ Sora shifted in bed sleepily accidentally bumping the SFC and turning it on. The hand that's reaching around isn't Sora's hand, its far more feminine and a bit older looking too.

[ The should be teenager doesn't seem to notice just yet that he's not in his own skin as he sits up, coming fully into view, but it's not Sora at all. He stretches a bit, still not noticing what has happened. It isn't until he drops his hands down towards his lap that he realizes something is horribly wrong. ]

[ There's a very loud scream and a flailing of limbs as Sora suddenly realizes he's most definitely not in his body anymore, not even close. ]

I'm a woman!

[ Sora looks around desperately for some clue, but there's none to be had. His eyes fall on the SFC and panicking he turns it off before anyone else can witness this freak out. ]

[[OOC: Sora's been swapped into Anya Jenkins body and he is not at all happy about this. Comfort or make fun of the poor teenage boy~ ]]

[Hello, Vatheon. This should be a very familiar face to most, but speaking in a very different way from the person it actually belongs to. Anya has familiarized herself with what's happening, but that doesn't make her any less upset about it.]

In today's news, we have learned that citizens are finding themselves... suddenly, and fundamentally changed.

Karkat Vantas - you know, the leader of the trolls - reports that his consciousness has been transferred into the body of Death the Kid, who is of a completely different species, and possessed of remarkable visual powers.

In a network post earlier today, he stated: "This is Karkat Vantas in Death the Kid's freaky body, I am not even close to knowing how to handle this, and Kid--" [Cecil pauses, gasping, and seems to calm himself. It's actually a very good imitation of Karkat. Then he continues the quote.] "Either you contact me right fucking now, or I swear to the death god responsible for your existence that I will trash your block." [Finishing the quote, he returns to his normal, dramatic inflection]

I urge all citizens to Please. Remain. Calm. Though your mind, your soul, your very essence may have been permanently housed in the body of another citizen, that's no excuse for panic. I hope that all of you recognize the responsibility you hold to one another. We're all in this together, and you must be cautious not to accidentally damage any body that you happen to have control over at this moment. I'm sure the true owner of the body will thank you later, if this situation is corrected by our benevolent captors.
