| [ when the video first turns on, grey haired young man displayed simply raises a hand in greeting. ]
Hello.
[ he may have no idea where he is or what's going on... but it's still only polite to greet whoever's listening. he's still fairly drenched, yet doesn't seem to really mind. if anything, he doesn't even seem to notice. he glances to his left and right, wondering if anyone else might be nearby, before pulling something out of his pocket. it had once been a ticket stub... but now completely wet and torn, it's not even remotely recognizable. ]
I wonder if I can get a refund...
[ probably not... he tucks the ticket back into his pocket, deciding not to discard it even if it has been reduced to nothing more than trash. it might come in handy somehow in the future ]
I was just on a train to Tokyo... [ a slight sigh. ] Unless Tokyo has really changed in the last year, I'm pretty sure this isn't it. Can someone tell me what's going on...? - Tags:bakura ryou, feferi peixes, grell sutcliff, izanami, junpei iori, madison rocca, muraki kazutaka, rise kujikawa, ruca milda, tohru adachi, yachiru kusajishi, yosuke hanamura, yu narukami, yukari takeba

| [The video feed clicks on, but it's pointed down at end of the SFC owner's orange dress, voice heard as it gets turned around every few seconds as if the SFC was being examined.]
Ah--!! Did I turn a camera on? I wonder if...
[Quickly the focus is shifted to that of a girl sitting with the coral behind her, red pig-tailed hair and a big smile on her face despite her circumstances. If Rise had learned anything in her time in showbiz, it was that it was a good thing to keep a smile on even when you weren't really happy. Because more than anything, scared as hell was a better phrase for how she was feeling right now.
This was definitely not where she was too long from now! This couldn't be the TV world, could it...? No, they'd all already dealt with that. Adachi had been arrested after all! But even with that comfort in mind, it didn't change her situation. Maybe someone would explain this to her. Maybe her friends were here, too! That'd certainly make this all a little easier to bare!]
Hey there! If anyone is seeing this, please respond!! To be honest, I don't really know where I am...so any information anyone could give me would be great! Thanks a bunch!
Also, Senpai are you here, too? Or anyone else I know?

| [Remember that anon who first sent messages shortly after the first of April? Well, guess who's leaving a nice little message on your network?]I see that there are plenty of new faces, each as confused as the rest when we too arrived. I do hope most of you are well-met? Especially since it has been raining so very often this week. Such a soothing sound, the rainfall...
Though it would seem that a few are not so fond of it? It has me curious if it is simply personal preferences or because the human body is more susceptible to illness...[...Weird. Nothing even vaguely threatening and a lacking mention of death. But then, that is likely because someone else already brought up that topic this week. For most, it ends there. But for a certain former detective...]

| [Shaking the excess water from her hair, the little pink haired girl notices her brand new communication device. Picking it up, she examines the device for a few seconds which includes turning it around and upside down. Once she finishes her little inspection, she smiles rather cheerfully]
Oh, its a communication thingie! It's almost as pretty as the one I have back home. [A pensive look appears on her face before she brings the SFC close and licks it....Making a face, she pouts and lowers the device]
Bleh! It's doesn't taste as nice as mine. [A beat] Oh, it's recording!
Hiii! I'm Yachiru Kusajishi. Why did we have to take a bath when we came into this strange place? I already took a bath this morning! Why are the fishies able to swim really high above us? Oh yeah, has any seen my Ken-chan? He's really big and strong, but gets lost if I'm not with him.

| [Vatheon, have a view of a rather tired looking vampire, shadows under his eyes and everything. He's been up all night working on something since Zelda mentioned it the night before and, as tired as he is, it's clear he's excited to show whatever it is off.
He's standing in the Lower District with a recently renovated building in the background, and two maids are standing beside him with blank expressions.]Heeellooo, Vatheon~ Good morning! It was brought up to me last evening that a lot of the people here don't have the education they might need or want, so I decided to try and help with this issue~ [He backs up while the maids stay where they are, and pans the SFC up to take in the building he's in front of. It's modest looking on the outside and the only real 'adornments' are the large double doors and the sign over them that says 'Vatheon Academy.']Ta~da~! Vatheon Academy. It sounds a lot fancier than it is, I'll admit, but it's basically a place to offer tutoring. There's all sorts of classrooms and things inside for classes like reading, writing, math, art, cooking, music, the like, as well as rooms for teaching and learning self defense, shooting, archery, and magic. Absolutely anyone can take these classes, no matter your age or education level. If there's something you want to learn, just go to the class! Noow~ What I need from you, besides people willing to learn, are teachers. I'm offering certain classes I'll teach myself, but I can't teach them all; if there's something you feel you're qualified to teach, then feel free! This place is open to everyone 24/7 so private lessons are perfectly okay, too! Erm...here [He sends a little electronic pamphlet out on the SFC.] This is a list of the classes I've already thought of and need teachers for. Of course, multiple teachers for one subject is perfectly alright! If you're interested in teaching just let me know your name and what subject you'll take~! I hope people find this useful~ [Click.]((OOC: So, after this thread, Johnny got this idea to make a school/tutoring center. Please keep in mind the teachers listed in the entry have been OOCly signed up so please no reactions to them right now since they technically don't exist. If you want your character to be a teacher you can thread it out here, in Johnny's IC inbox, or leave an OOC note in either place that you're interested if you'd rather avoid the threading. <3)) - Tags:colette brunel, izanami, johnny rayflo, link (ocarina of time), maka albarn, matrim cauthon, ruca milda, rue, tatsumi seiichirou, tsuzuki asato, yosuke otoha, yukari takeba

| [Guess who's back to his old grumpy Lombax self? You'd think he'd be a little more relieved than he looked right then and there, auburn eyes narrowed and ears folded back threateningly.]
I want a status report of one Nunnally Vi Britannia. Several attempts to contact her SFC have gone unanswered, and with what happened in this recent curse...
[He cuts off, glancing off to the side and muttering something foul in Lombaxian.]
And I don't want to hear she's 'vanished'. I want solid, viable proof.
She's not gone. Nobody is simply gone.

| [Guess who's been reflecting on various things since waking up and all of that jazz..]
The past is a curious thing. No matter how hard one desperately seeks to escape it or keep it from affecting just who you are... it's still there and it still can influence you, you views, your personality... everything about you.
People can change, this much is true. But how much? One can not actually change their past. No matter how much they crave to, it remains to haunt them.
A person can claim to not fear their past or their past actions, while actually still being held very much in the grip of terror over it affecting them once again, allowing that fear over it to affect their current actions, despite any claims that they've dealt with it and it doesn't control them any longer.
And while a precious few can actually place their past actually in the past and not allow it to haunt them, have actually moved on from it... what of those who still remember their past deeds? What if they can't let go of those actions themselves? Because sometimes its not just our pasts which haunt us and affect our lives and our views... some times the past actions of others can have a ripple effect, touching many. And people tend to judge others by the actions they've seen.
Those impressions are just as hard to shake off without considerable work...
Some reside in darkness, while claiming to to be free of it. Sometimes it is easier to lie to yourself than face the truth of things.

| Warnings: Does "Goddess of the Dead" cover it? If not, trigger warnings for first degree murder, accidental death, abandonment. ( You see the fists inside her eyes... )[ooc: Responses from the goddess may be short, or none at all. After all, who would truly want to comment on a vague remembrance of ones own fall?] | |

| [There's a crunch of static as the SFC comes to life for the first time. At first, there's only the sound of fumbling, a small gasp as the communicator clatters to the ground, and then a voice as it's picked back up again.]
So if that button is audio then this one must be--
[Then, video feed appears. Some may be greeted by a girl's face, short locks of black hair dripping water. Others may see one of their friends as if they'd arrived in the bubble for the first time again. Most, however, will probably only see a small figure whose face is obscured by a black hood. Regardless of the image, the voice remains the same as she begins to speak. She seems to be choosing her words carefully.]
...Uh, hello?

| People of this disturbingly disturbing spinning ball of filth, listen!
I, who is ZIM, hereby declare this planet conquered by the Irken Empire! Prepare your pitiful lives to be destroyed! That is unless you can prove to be useful slaves to the Empire.
