[ Barry has propped up the SFC so that he can be clearly seen. He's sitting back against his Victorian style couch, and while it's not odd to see a smile on the demon's face this time it's far tighter and less pleasant than normal. When he does start to speak there's a tightness to his voice as well. ]

While some of you may not have had the pleasure of meeting me yet, I'm merely here to inform you that my partner, Johnny Rayflo, [ The name is said equally tightly. He knows Johnny well enough to know he wouldn't have told anyone about Barry's own nickname for him. That was fine for Barry, Addy was his and only his after all. ] has left the bubble.

I'm sure he has many assets that will need to sorted out, but I'll trust others to do that in my stead.

[ Barry's honestly half tempted to go out and torch said possessions, but with Johnny gone there's really no point in erasing those particular belongings from existence. ]

[ The SFC falls to the ground with a clatter and lies on its side. You, dear viewer, are now treated to the sight of a small terrier-esque dog pawing madly at the side of the wall. There, several feet above him and far beyond his reach even with the help of nearby tables and cabinets.

He's trying to find a way up to them, up to what appears to be a locked glass cabinet stocked ceiling to floor with almost every single manga known to man. Unfortunately, this cabinet seems like it would require fingers to open... something this dog clearly doesn't have. However, all of his efforts are in vain. There are no pawholds, no way for a little toy dog to get to his beloved manga collection.

What he says next is heard clearly throughout the entire Ordo neighborhood and over the network. ]

[ There's a moment of pause as he clears his throat. ]

For those who are unaware, Night is no longer here in the city.

[ And almost casually, offhandedly. ]

I'd supposed those who knew him would like to know.

[When the feed opens, the Gromble is all smiles and sweetness. Even his voice is cloying, a stark contrast to his hideous appearance.]

Oh hello Vatheon. I must say, I've been oh so pleasantly surprised with how friendly the humans here are. Of course...

[Suddenly the sweet tone of voice is gone, replaced by something low and dangerous.]

It was clearly an act to put monsters off guard.

[He perks up again, tittering.]

Now I know you might not all be aware of this, so I'm going to give you a little lesson in monster history. Thousands of years ago, monsters were born from human imagination. Back then the human imagination was quite a powerful thing, you know. We hardly had to do any work at all. Unfortunately, humans now have become obsessed with science and refuse to openly believe in anything they don't understand. We monsters scare the humans to fuel their imagination, which in turn allows us to continue existing. A properly educated monster will only scare humans, they will not harm them. So!

I would like you all to bring any wayward monsters to me. Do not slaughter them and take their parts for jewelry or potion ingredients or points or for whatever other "loot" they might have. This questing behavior is really quite appalling, and you wouldn't want to harm a frightened creature who doesn't know any better...

[If you happen to be anywhere near the Villa, or in the main bubble and looking upwards at just the right moment, you'll see an interesting thing. Just before noon, an explosive shell of some sort gets shot up into the sky, exploding just below the limits of the bubble. It's not a very impressive explosion, and in reality it is more of a loud 'pop' than anything else. It's pretty easy to miss it, but it's out there for anyone who can see it.

Much closer to the Villa, the same explosion can be seen, though it is a bit louder since it is directly overhead. For those people close to the Villa, that first 'pop' is followed by a closer, much louder explosion, as well as the sound of shattering glass.

About five minutes after these events, Shiro makes a post to the network. He's specifically doing a voice post for Reasons.]

-- goes the SFC device and following it is a small, black and fuzzy mass. The camera spins a little on its side before focusing (sideways) on said black and fuzzy mass slowly start to move. Two paws stretch out and it yawns loudly, ears pulling back.

Oh, it's a cat. An odd one at that, judging by the two small horns on its head.]

Ugh, I feel like I've been in a coma... [And it just talked too.

Oblivious to the SFC recording the odd cat walks back over to the bed he fell out of and reaches up with a paw to drag a pillow off and onto the floor.

So that he may crawl back on top of it and curl up for another nap. What a cat.]

Good morning, bubble! I've got some exciting news! I know some of you have been looking forward to Valentines Day~ For those of you that aren't familiar with the holiday, it's to celebrate love in all its incarnations, but especially romantic love~ To that end, I've organized the perfect event down at Golden Victory for this month.

Here's how it works; there's a sign up sheet right when you enter the club, on the notice board. You can sign anyone up for a blind date. Yourself, your brother, your friend. Anyone is valid! They don't even have to know you're doing it. Just get them to Golden Victory on February 14th and we'll take care of the rest!

Everyone attending will get a mask and be seated at a table with their blind date, then watch the sparks fly~ You could meet your true love or just spend a night of great conversation! After dinner, we'll shove all the tables aside and crank up the music to round out the night with a party, all dancing, revelry, and an open bar for those of you old enough to drink.

Wondering what to do if you've already got a date? You're in luck! The party portion of the night is open to everyone, so come on down with your dancing shoes and cut a rug with your hunny♥
