| [The video cuts in, showing a woman wearing a very familiar blue standing near another woman in an immaculate nurse's outfit. It's not an accidental post - someone is recording this purposefully and putting it out there for the foreigners to see. They seem to be hiding behind something, or perhaps underneath something. The view isn't exactly perfect and doesn't show the women's faces. The nurse is gesturing emphatically, and when the sound kicks in as well people who have heard her voice before would recognize her as the Head Nurse. Something's wrong, though. Her usually sweetly saccharine and calm tone sounds a little flat.]
...coral is continuing to decline. Are you not going to try to do anything?
[The woman in blue answers. Longtime residents of the bubble would recognize her voice as Thalassino's. She sounds as calm as ever despite the nurse's distress.]
I've already told you, I would need more Sors to repair the coral. You'll simply have to bring more into the project.
[There's an obvious sneer in the nurse's tone. Whatever this topic is, it's earned her ire.]
We can't just depend on Sors forever. That is the entire meaning of this project.
[Thalassino sounds incredibly cold when she responds. It's clear she's not going to lift even a finger to try to save the foreigners of Vatheon.]
What a shame. I suppose this project will just end as a failure.
We should have enough data to proceed regardless. The project is almost complete. I'd rather not have to clean up the mess caused by an early termination, but I'll just have to manage.
[The feed cuts out then, and a written message appears at the end of it:]

| [ well, this is a sight that has been unseen for quite some time now - and one that each and every sfc will be clicking on to reveal around sometime this morning. the young woman's sight might either be familiar or unfamiliar to her viewers, but nonetheless she smiles before speaking; although it definitely looks like she has something to say. ]
My dearest foreigners of Vatheon.
I apologize for not appearing in quite some time, though I will try my best to explain the circumstances.
[ there's a pause as she shakes her head slightly before continuing - ]
I was.. within the containment of the scientists. You know of them well— the one's present within Vatheon alongside us, although they seem to have come here and be working under their ah-.. own volition. An inconsiderable bunch, although I am not angered...
I owe it to one of them for releasing me, after all. Ah, a certain Carol, I believe?
Although I am concerned as to how you all have been as of late? I am deeply apologetic for my absense— such a thing hindered me to warn you of any natural happenings within the city that may have been dangerous.
But rest assured, I will not be leaving you again any time soon.
