[ Barry was smiling as he looked down at the SFC. He had a lavender colored robe on though it wasn't covering much. One of his shoulders was peeking out from the robe, and it was debatable if Barry hadn't done that on purpose. He had his chin in his free hand and seemed to be lying on the bed, though there was still a good view of the room behind him. He was in his own bedroom, complete with it's lush Victorian mixed with French Rococo style decor, but there was a new addition to the room that certain people in the bubble might actually notice. Hanging over in the corner was one of the Organization XII cloaks that a few choice residents still liked to wear around. ]

Good evening, Vatheon. I hope you're all doing well~

I was just wondering, the connections you make here, friends and lovers alike, does it bother you to know that one day they might disappear?

[From offscreen, the owner of the coat appeared, focused more on buttoning up his pants and fastening his belt than anything. Saix is covered in scratches, mostly clawed down along his back. He doesn't seem to care.]

I'm going to make myself breakfast. Do you want something?

[It's asked with apparently no care that Barry is using Saix's SFC to make a network post. The Nobody just grabs his shirt to pull over his head, flaring out his hair through the neckhole.]

[ Barry turned to look back over his shoulder at Saix. The smile was still on his face, and he seemed far too pleased with himself. ]

Yes, if you don't mind. [ He turned back to face the camera again, winking as he did. ]

I'll respond here, and I'm sure a few of you out there will have some very...interesting, questions to ask of Saix and I~

[ Barry disconnected the feed. ]

[This is the very epitome of morbid curiosity. He knows he should just hang up and go do something else but he doesn't.]

[ Barry's just a little amused. He's starting to connect some of the unspoken dots in all this. My what mess did Barry get into. ]

No. It's great when people I don't like get together.

[Well, this is something new. Saix glances at Barry.]

Just what did you do, then?

[ Barry chided slightly before looking over at Saix. ]

I'm afraid there's something I must confess...

[ He hoped Saix wouldn't be angry. ]

I was trying to help Roxas, by getting his intended to realize that Roxas is not just a child, but it seems Axel is a harder nut to crack than you when it comes to bedding him.

[Well, however Saix is going to react, that's definitely got Roxas angry. This is public!]

You were trying to start a relationship with him?

[Give him a second. He's still processing.]

[ Oh was that supposed to be a secret? Oops. ]

What's the matter Roxas?

[ Barry sighed a touch dramatically and put his hand to his forehead. ]

No wonder you can't get anywhere. I bet he doesn't take you seriously at all.

Best friends is a relationship, and I bet it's a lot more real than whatever you two've been doing!

[...so there?]

[Yeah, he knows it's fake, and Saix doesn't care. He especially doesn't care because of what he's just found out, and a wicked kind of smirk crosses his face.]

Oh, now this is rich. You know I'm not talking about that kind of relationship. You tried to pursue something different, didn't you?

Oh I wouldn't say that. There's something real enough about it, but I suppose someone of your age wouldn't understand~

[ That was a lie of course. Barry knew this was nothing but sex, raw and unfettered, and he was fine with that. There was only one person Barry would ever have a relationship with and even that had been a lie in Barry's own mind. ]

I don't see what age has to do with it.

And so what if I did try?

[Just... a quiet sound. A chuckle, even. Then, growing slightly louder until Saix is just laughing, mocking and darkly amused.]

[Just laughter.]

[Good job, you fucking broke him]

If you have to ask that sort of question you'll never understand.

[ He looks over at Saix, curious when he hears the what he thought would be foreign sound. Well that's interesting. ]

[Saix, it is always disturbing to hear you laugh.]

What the heck is so funny?

[Good.]

That you even entertained the idea that the two of you could carry out a romance of any sort... It's ridiculous. What made you think you even remotely had a chance?

[ Barry smiles softly, though he doesn't say anything. This particular song and dance sounds a little too familiar actually. Even if Saix wasn't pining after Axel as Barry was to Johnny, the words were a perfect mirror. ]

Why shouldn't I have had as good a chance as anyone else?

For one thing, you're just a child. A child that was given to him to watch over. Do you think he can see you as anything but that?

[ Barry sighs a bit then. It was exactly what he'd told, Roxas though not in those condescending tones. ]

You see, Roxas?

Even Saix recognizes that.

[ He glances over towards Saix, carefully weighing his next words. ]

Unless that changes you'll never get what you want.

[You two suck.]

It's been almost three years since then. I'm not that kid anymore.

And anyway I'm done with it.
