[The camera shows nothing but pavement, the edge of some wet fingers, and the ends of a really flashy red cape, fabric worn and water-heavy, trailing on the ground. Oh, and an adorable little white rabbit chomping down on the end of that cape.]

[Suddenly the camera jerks and... goes flying. Seems Kamina, not knowing what it was, tossed it over his shoulder. It clatters against the coral, still recording for a few moments.]


Oi, lil' punk! Come here. I'll friggin' teach you to attack a guy from the rear when he ain't lookin'.


[Kamina dives for the rabbit, trying to catch it, and then the feed cuts.]

That's what I said. I guess living in the city is more important to people than seeing the sun. [He obviously doesn't agree from his tone.]

And you have to touch the coral every so often, I've heard, so there's that too.

Then we just gotta show them how much better it is up there.

Why? If they're happy down here, they can just stay.

We can't just leave 'em here. What if that bubble bursts. They'll all drown.

... I doubt that'll happen. Some people have been here for over a year, and they don't seem concerned about it.

If it's a ceiling, it's gonna collapse some day. That's what ceilings do.

Then reestablish the village if you want, but it's pretty useless to try to get anyone to do something they don't want to. If there's somewhere for them to live up there, maybe they'll go on their own.

Yeah. Even if you don't know when it'll happen, it'll happen. That's what ceilings do. They come crashing down on you sooner or later.

Listen, I can appreciate if that's something that happened to you before, but this is completely different. We're in another universe, do you even get that?
