[The SFC turns on without warning (or in this case, without its owner) and shows a dog sniffing at something on the floor. Whatever it is, puppy doesn't care; it's free game so it has the right to play with it. And by play, I mean start chewing it...or attempt to.]

[That's Madison's voice alright and she sounds pretty panicky over something she lost. Three guesses to where it is and who has it.]

I know I left here! Why did I have to lose it right when I need it the most?!

[It's just then the pup accidentally presses a button on the machine and the top flips to show something like a pointer. Then blue sparks suddenly fly out off screen, making the ranger yelp in surprise.]

[A pause before she speaks again.]

We count time in sweeps instead of years! Alternian solar sweeps, to be purrcise. They're about two and a bit of human years! So I'm six, but in human years I'd be around thirteen!

Alternia's the planet where we were hatched and grew up! It's gone now though.

Like what kind of things happened there?

The sun was so bright that looking at it would blind you or burn you, none of us could efur go out during the day. Everywhere was full of monsters and beasts and it was so easy to get hurt or killed, and if you got hurt you'd probably get culled by the drones anyway for being weak. They don't like trolls to be weak. People would be mean and nasty to each other just beclaws of their blood colour...it was worse in the past, but it only really got a bit better now because they started kicking trolls off the planet as soon as they became adults, so it was only us wigglers there. It was purrobably still as bad everywhere else.

Blood color? I...never heard of that. Thought it was the same for everyone back home.

Nuh uh, for trolls it's different! It was really strange to find out that for humans it's the same for everyone. Mine's green fur example!
