I will give you some context to my world before answering.

My world is called the Junkyard, a land of constant war and endless rain. Everyone lives in Tribes -- large groups of people occupying territory -- and are united under a leader such as myself. Our knowledge is only that of war; schools, hobbies, justice... these don't exist in the Junkyard. [A brief pause, before he amends that statement.] Many things don't exist in the Junkyard. There are no plants nor animals; humans are the only living creatures in the Junkyard.

We were to follow the law of the Karma Temple. That law stated one could only reach Nirvana, a land of peace, when all Tribes have been conquered by a single Tribe. A Tribe is conquered when the leader is slain. The conquered Tribe members were absorbed by the conquering Tribe. It was law to follow their new leader. At least, that was how it was before we gained emotions.

1. What is the most severe crime where you come from?
We were once incapable of going against the Karma Temple's law. However, there was no punishment once people began to go against the law. 'Crime' does not exist in the Junkyard the way it does in other worlds, from my understanding of what I've been told the concept.

2. What is your society's stance on murder?
Killing was actively encouraged. We kill to stay alive. We kill to reach Nirvana. That was the law.

3. What keeps you from murdering people?
I prefer peace to warfare.

4. Have you ever found yourself on the "wrong side of the law"?
Only when the Temple did not allow us to enter the Nirvana promised to us.

5. What is your experience with courts or judges?
They do not exist in my world.

6. Would you volunteer for jury duty if it was asked of you?
I respectfully decline.

7. Do you presume innocence or guilt in a case where someone has been accused of a crime?
It's best not to hold presumptions.
