[Dream] The Gallopin' Gaucho (3-video)

[Mickey is still confused why the the island above has suddenly changed, and he's determined to get to the bottom of this! Riiight after a little power nap. He snoozes away in an empty building, and the dreamberry flickers to life...

Ah, France. The beautiful... laundry room of France. What the fun is the King doing scrubbing clothes and wearing tattered rags? He looks more like a peasant as he sighs along with his companions.

-dream starts in at around 2: 05, and ends around 7: 30-

The interaction part of the dream is as Mickey strutting out of the castle, looking proud as a peacock over what has just happened. For those who want to talk over Video, Mickey yawns peacefully as he naturally begins to wake up.]

((OOC: As some of you may or may not know, musketeers is a part of KH3D, but it's still unknown if that's king mickey's past or some confusing nonsense. But the rules for this plot allow for crack, too! So as to whether this is canon, for now we'll say it was so long ago, even he has some trouble remembering. Anyway, this dream is interactive if you want, so feel free to go in.))

[He looks inquisitive, yet still doesn't suspect Riku as a bad guy. Just something about the boy says 'good'.]

Well, I can at least help ya find the way out. Musketeers are always supposed ta help out those in need! My name is Mickey Mouse. What's yers?

[..."Says 'good,'" huh. If Mickey had said that out loud, Riku would have questioned his judgement. Especially after all he'd done before regaining himself and a fragment of his pride.]

Alright. Thanks, Mickey. [He manages a faint smile, nodding.] It's Riku.

[Funny, how he can introduce himself as such again after all this time.]

[He taps his hat kindly.]

Nice ta meetcha, Riku. Just follow me, and don't worry about a thing. The princess won't mind ya wanderin' around here, since it was just an accident.

[He begins walking, though there's now a definite pink hue to his cheeks. He had only met the princess minutes prior to this, and... wow. He still wasn't sure exactly what happened, but... wow.]

If you're sure... [He rubs the back of his neck, but otherwise looks grateful as he falls in step with Mickey, almost like old times... but he sees that look in Mickey's eyes. If it wouldn't give him away, he would likely tease him about it.

...He'll wait until someone wakes up.]

[For your sake, Nack/Ventus/Minnie do that for him, it seems. The dream world begins to dissolve around them, revealing the interior abandoned building, and Mickey off to a corner, holding his head as he wakes up.]

... Huh?

[They're both going to get it at some point. Whether it's right off the bat or not, who knows. What he does know? Not. Going to say. A word about it yet.]

...Morning, Your Majesty. [Must... keep the smirk... from face.]

[He yawns, not quite connecting the dots just yet. He rubs one of his eyes, picking up the device.]

Oh... mornin' Riku. I didn't even know this was on. Somethin' happen while I was out?

[... waiiit. Didn't he just see Riku? Somewhere before? Something's fuzzy...]

[He keeps his tiredness to himself... somewhat.]

...Not really, though... I think they've been turning themselves on a lot lately.

[NO, NO YOU DIDN'T SEE HIM JUST NOW. HE HAS NO IDEA WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT. >_>;;]

[He nods slowly, rather tired himself.]

Yeah, that's been a big problem lately... These things turnin' on, and then everyone seein' people's dreams, and -

[WAIT A GOSH DARN MINUTE.]

Really? I was asleep all night, after making sure Katsu was alright...

[...okay, now he's a little pink. Oh light above, why did it just remind him so early in the morning that no one knows-?]

...What? [YOU SAW NOTHING, MOUSE KING. /////]

[Oscar-worthy, you are not, Riku. He's not quite sure how it happened or why it happened, but he's got a fairly good equivalent of what happened. His blushing, however, is much darker.]

... W-well, um... we, uh... we all... g-gotta start somewhere...

[See this face, Mickey? See it? This is the face of someone who knows he's been busted and ~~will peacefully follow the nice officers to jail~~won't deny the strangeness of the dream thing.]~~~~

[For the most part. Doesn't mean he won't tease, only that he finds it's easier to relate now.]

Though it was kind of cute.

[;skgfdl SPUTTER. Hey, he is a MANLY mouse, dammit. He pouts, looking away, mumbling and fumbling.]

Oh I'm sure there are those who will disagree, dear.

[Yep, just smiling here. So cute mickey.]

[Well, he'd meant to say "Sorry, your Majesty," but then... something overcomes his usually much more serious nature when Minnie responds. Something Mickey probably hasn't heard in a long while.

Riku is laughing under his breath, just at the situation- not anyone in particular.]

[;SDKFGJFDKSL WALT DAMMIT. Normally he'd welcome Riku laughing, because that boy needs some relation and good times after all he's been through, but WHY AT MICKEY'S EXPENSE.]

Minnie! Aw, c'mon! I... Knock it off, Riku! I can hear ya! I was just young, that's all! Everyone's young once! I... aw, nuts!

[He cannot even look at them. Fudge.]

Oh not just any young mouse, dear. Why I remember when I first saw you. So dashingly cute and brave. [Yes, she's grinning and trying not to laugh herself. Awww Mickey. She teases because she cares.]

[He resorts to snickering behind his hand, though it doesn't help much when Minnie goes for round two. One, oh light the cute Two, the reaction. The reactiioooooon...!]

S-she has a point-- [Nope, gone again.]

[Ffffffff - he wishes he had that hat with him, if just to pull down and hide his face in it. He is forever red. YOU BOTH SUCK, GANGING UP ON HIM LIKE THIS.]

The - the stupid curse's fault, is all! I was actually a good fighter! I fought Pete and his goons, not just a pile of armor! It just showed the wrong thing! I was still pretty tough! I wasn't always like that!

[Ok yea, she's laughing.] Oh, I wouldn't say good, more exceptionally talented. And you still are dear. Why, I doubt that anyone else could have fulled off such a rescue of Daisy and I. [And now a fond smile.] I'm not sure what would have befallen the kingdom had you not been so brave.

[He chuckles quietly, obviously calming down a bit.]

...Mickey, I think every one of us messes up when we first start out. [...He would kinda know this, but knowing that Mickey at least had his silly start... cheered him up a bit. Especially learning how the King and Queen met.] Or the worlds, later on. ['And me...']

[Oof. He would love to hear this kind of stuff from the wife, but when they're in private, gosh darn it all. At least Riku seems to be showing mercy.]

... Yeah, well... nobody's perfect. We all had our own paths to follow, and if they weren't bumpy, we wouldn't be who we are...

[... Glances around.]

... If ya really wanted ta know that kinda stuff about me... just ask, another time.

[Because you're his friend and it's okay if you know, and if HE tells he, he can leave out the embarrassing spots and make him look good.]
