Dream
It's hard to say who exactly is the one dreaming - it seems like more of a memory, playing from behind the eyes of the one that lived it. There's a plainly dressed brunette woman playing with a small boy nearby, a toddler still really. Though both of them are dirty and a little tired looking, through the eyes of the person watching they're the most beautiful sight imaginable. The boy turns and toddles near, holding his hands out. The viewer lifts him up, earning a gleeful little laugh for his troubles.
"Ride?" the boy asks.
A deep voice responds, "All right, Lloyd."
And the dream cuts out as he starts to regain consciousness.
Action
Kratos opens his eyes, just barely finding the strength to sit up. If this is the afterlife, should he feel so weak? It's certainly not what he expected.

... One has to thank and or blame the coral for such a thing. The being which resides in it is the cause of healing, pulling one from where ever one once was, and the.. seeming resurrection. I do not know the details of that last, but those in the welcome center likely do.

And another moment to decide his actions.
Quietly catching up to Kratos, taking longer strides rather than quicker ones. Studying his mana. ]
... Are you incapable of absorbing atmospheric mana to replenish what you do not have currently?

[The door to the Welcome Center is pushed open unceremoniously. It looks like a child wrote the sign... not to mention the cutesy brochures. He picks one up and thumbs through it carefully, frowning ever so slightly.]
Why do you ask?

Assuming not due a spell.

[Yes, all of it. Kratos should be dead and he knows it, so arrival in a place where he is not is confusing - and very unwelcome.]

[He's looking around for the fairies mentioned in the brochure, of the starfish... none of it is anywhere to be found. It figures that he would find a useless information center.]

and the starfish turned into... [ He has no idea what to call the Dreamberry thing. ]
... things.

[Finally he sets the brochure down and turns to Duke, surveying him. It's almost as if the other man is waiting for something.
Kratos waits for him to say what it is.]

Still studying your mana, Kratos.
But other than that, Silence~ ]

Interest, yes. Your mana is familiar in its strangeness...

[This man wasn't an angel, was he? He looked somewhat blank like most of the angels of Derris-Kharlan, so it certainly wasn't impossible.]

The blond pair hold more similarities with each other, but are still distinct. They are not as similar to you or the red haired one as you two have in common with each other.

[Yes, his mind jumps RIGHT to it. Did both of them die as well? Would Zelos be able to tell him of Lloyd survived?]

Normally, would use the Starfish to either leave a message at their voicemail or to the public, asking to contact, perhaps filtering to those whom you intend to talk to. As this is no longer the starfish... [ Silly little cellphone thing. ]
Assuming same methods apply, however have not certain of how to do so on this.

[Kratos, though disturbed that he HAS one of those things (when was it put on him?), simply takes out his own dreamberry and starts trying to get it to work.]
