Some time later...


[When the feed turns on, one very annoyed looking pretty boy vampire can be seen scowling at the SFC. It’s a usual departure from “Johnny’s” usual cheery demeanor. But what “he” has to say next will likely explain why.]

This is a curse, isn’t it?

[“He” sighs, rubbing a hand over his face. There’s a grimace when a particularly awful sound emanates from somewhere in the background. To the trained ear, it’s the sound of someone butchering the notes on an ocarina. “Johnny” continues to ignore it, for now.]

Whatever is going on, let’s get something straight: I am not Johnny Rayflo. I’m Rinoa Heartilly, or I’m supposed to be, anyway. Since I’m in Johnny’s body, I’m assuming he’s in mine. Johnny, if you hear this, contact me ASAP. I think we have a few things to discuss.

[More horrible noises in the background. Finally unable to take it any longer, Rinoa turns around and beckons to someone to cut it out. She moves the SFC camera so it points at the musically challenged one. Some may recognize the body as belonging Sola.]

Oh, and that’s not Sola. That’s Chibiterasu. So Sola, if you can hear this, too…. Uh, I guess try to contact us, if you can? [She imagines the paws will make it difficult.] Or get over here, if it’s easier. I’m sure Chibi can help you out or at least give you pointers.

Anyway, right. Curses last a week…ish? That’s not too bad, right? It’s not permanent, anyway. And since I’m guessing this is happening to a lot of people, including my friends, if you guys wouldn’t mind telling me whose body you’re in for the week, that would help.

Chibi would probably appreciate it, too, right? [She looks over at him for confirmation.]

Arf! [Yes ladies and gentlemen, he really did just bark.]

Uh, Chibi, I’m pretty sure you could talk, being in Sola’s body and all...

It seems like almost everyone is not in their 'original' bodies. Guess I should be lucky that I'm still myself.

[It had taken a few minutes for Yachiru to get used to the body she was currently using. Though, she does seem rather entertained and amused by her new ears since she keeps touching them. Still, Yachiru isn't one to let such a thing like switching with someone dampen her spirits ]

This is really weird, but I really like the ears. Ne, I wonder if I have to eat different thing now? Oh um, hi! This is Yachiru. I'm in a different body. If you're in my body, I like sweets and take a nap every day at three.

[At the last bit, there is a small flash of light and the sound of something heavy falling over. Apparently, Yachiru had somehow used 'Pearl' and knocked over something large and heavy. She er he looks rather stunned before breaking into a grin]

[Oh, hey, remember that cute little boy ya'll met on the network a few weeks back? He doesn't look so lighthearted and friendly today, a frown deepening on his face and arms folded over his chest as he regards the public. And just how did he figure out the SFC so fast, anyway...?]

Well.

I was hoping after the last few turn of events, I would be immune to this nonsense. The city never fails to find ways to belittle me in the worst ways it can conceive, it appears.

[Though he's thankful for the horns. It was a little better than the last curse, whereas he'd had nothing to help support his balance. Though he doesn't try to stand up just yet, regarding his... primitive surroundings.]

This had better be temporary.

[ This seems to be accidental, as Zelos is seated in the tub while none other than Duke is working shampoo into his hair. Zelos seems mildly irritated, or mildly bored, sitting in the way of the SFC's view of any Duke-butt. ]

Because you don't do it right, and its my body, dammit.

[ Duke frowns at Zelos, who isn't really paying much attention. ]

It would appear that I'm not the only one to find themselves in the body of another person thanks to this curse, and unless I'm misunderstanding some people it seems that this has happened before. That said, I don't know how these 'scientists' pulled this one off, but I don't quite appreciate having my soul transferred into another body. On the positive side, at least these curses only last for a week.
