Well, considering we're not actually drowning down here, I doubt "help, help, I'm drowning" is an appropriate greeting. [at least, unless the bubble collapses. Then they're out of luck.]

But if you're looking for cigarettes, I'm sure someplace here sells them.

Whether or not I'm too young doesn't really matter if I'm not the one looking for them, does it? If the normal shops don't sell them, there's always the Nostalgia Nook, and I'm pretty sure you can find most anything there.

We're under the sea in a bubble here. After wakin' up wet, there's a welcome center where ya can get all the advice ya need, includin' a map. Most things are free here, bu' if ya wanna buy a certain thing from home, you gotta work a job to get the tokens for it.

Oh, right, Davey Jones' Liquor Locker. It's next to some furniture store called ISEA. Even if you missed that, it's got neon lights on it.

It's so peaceful here I'm surprised I even found a place that sells liquor and cigarettes. Not ungrateful, of course, just surprised.
