[The SFC's screen shows a gallant-looking woman, studying the camera rather sternly. Once she realizes that it's working properly, she moves the camera a bit farther away and begins to speak:]

I... must apologize for my actions the other day. I just found myself here so suddenly, so I assumed... [that she was kidnapped. So she ended up attacking some people based on those assumptions. She glances away from the camera, blushing furiously out of embarrassment.] I'm... really sorry. I promise to atone for what I've done to the best of my abilities.

[Okay, apology over. She clears her throat and puts her gaze back on the camera.]

Now that I have settled that, I suppose it's time that I introduce myself. I am Chloe Valens, a knight from the Holy Empire of Gadoria. [Not that it matters.] I make it my duty to help anyone in need, so if you require assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.

Though, if it is not any trouble... I must ask if anyone knows of any good relaxation techniques. I'm rather uncomfortable with an ocean being above my head, so I'd like to know if there is an effective way to calm one's nerves.

[She's quick to sternly add:]

A-And I'm sure many other people have this sort of problem, not just me! I figured it would be good to ask publicly because it should be beneficial information to everyone!

You're definitely not the only one with water issues. A friend of mine barely ever gets off the island above because of it but it's a process. Just make sure you touch the coral every once in awhile or you'll fall into a totally lame coma for awhile.

That being said, there's plenty to do around here to relax! There's the casino, a park to walk through, and a beach on the island, a big library if you're into books, not to mention a host club opening soon run by yours truly where sweet but stressed hunnies just like you can be calmed by the soothing balm of manly charms~

[OH MY GOD YOU MONSTER. Chloe just sits there for a moment, pale-faced and mouth agape like a dead fish as her brain shuts down from thinking of that scenario. No no. Nononononononooooooo.

Oh wait! There's light at the end of this tunnel! She recovers upon the mention of a place being above this bubble, and she quickly goes back to acting stoic. Or at least... as much as she can despite being shaken about the whole water thing.]

How do I get to that island? And what is it like there?

There's an elevator you can take to get there in town. And it's... uh, sandy? I haven't looked around too much up there, but it's a nice beach! I'd say check it out.

The best way to calm one's nerves about being underwater is to not be. I've been residing on an island since my arrival so I only have to venture into the bubble when absolutely necessary.

[Hold on... Someone... WHO UNDERSTANDS? O-Oh, this is amazing. Not that she's afraid of water or anything, totally! She's totally just slightly discomforted by it all. That's totally just it.]

I didn't know that there was an island above the surface here. I assumed everything was underwater, since it almost seems everyone's in it...

Would you mind telling me about the environment?

[ Oh, Raine completely understands. Water can be very discomforting yes. ]

Everything that you need to survive are currently underwater. However, there are some who are renovating the abandoned village on the island so that it is more inhabitable. That is currently where I am taking residence.

The environment on the island is much as on the surface. Not many events happen on the island other than the curses that effect Vatheon as a whole. It's a fine place to relax and not have to worry about being surrounded by water.

Well, I suppose ignorance is hardly a crime.

You see, a knight does not have to wear armor to be a knight. A "knight" is title reserved for those who go through training in order to uphold a certain code of honor and justice to protect those in need. Does that make sense?
