Has anyone see Roy Mustang. I can't seem to locate him anywhere, and it's unlike the man to simply wonder off.

It's most worrying and I'm not sure how else I should go about looking for him in such a place.

One way to tell if they are in the city or not is to check the contact list on your SFC, if their name is there, then they're somewhere within the city. If it isn't, then very likely they've been sent out of the city back to where they came from.

Yes, one of the buttons on the device should bring up a list of those you can contact within the city.

Every one the city brings in is on that list, those that were here previous but have been sent home, vanish from it. Therefore, if your friend is no longer on that list, then he is no longer within the city.
