[oh dear lord, soaking wet + wearing ridiculously tiny shorts, a bra, and an open fur-lined jacket = public fanservice?! Blair doesn't seem particularly bothered by her... rather indecent state, however.]
You know, whisking a girl away without any annyouncement is a rather rude thing to do~
