Sometimes, but most people find it a hassle to wash out colored dye like that.

Then they have no one but themselves to blame if they're going to be lazy like that.

At any rate, how is dying the fountain a prank? I cannot imagine it annoying many, unless they are prone to headaches.

Putting soap in the fountain is a classic prank. But I jazzed it up a bit because I'm using foamy soap that continue to over flow out of the fountain until someone figures out how to stop it.
