[The video turns on to a new face who not only looks very dry but very calm as well. It's been a while since he's arrived and now that he's learned what he can and calmed down he's here to make a good impression.]

Good morning, visitors of Vatheon. It's a pleasure to meet all of you.

My name is Riffael Raffit and I am newly arrived to this place. I wish to be of some help for as long as I am in this place and I was wondering if there was any need of a doctor.

I have training in that field and I feel it would be my most useful skill at the moment.

Also, I am looking for a place to take up residence, if I might have some reccomendations on that front as well..

[He offers a small ~~fake~~ smile before cutting the feed. Now to just sit back and wait..]

I suppose it would be proper to offer you a welcome as you seem to be an unfamiliar face.

I appreciate the welcome, this is, certainly, a very fascinating place.

It has its share of curiosities, I must admit.

[ If he means the people or the city itself, he's not being specific. ]

However, this only ensures that there will never truly be a dull moment.

[ Must be his lucky Newbie Week. Two doctors have come to Vatheon. That's more than what he's had on staff for the past month or so. Not that there was any dire need for any but just in case something like that Plague curse hits again, well... he'd want to be prepared. ]

Vatheon is in need of more doctors. The clinic itself is woefully understaffed. That being said, I am Kazutaka Muraki, one of the resident doctors. One of two. Three now, if you would be willing to join us.

[Ah, perfect. Riffael offers a small smile and a nod.]

It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Mr. Muraki.

I would be honored if you would accept me onto your staff. I am more than willing to answer any questions you might have about my qualifications or anything else you desire to know.

If I may ask, what is the name of the other doctor here?

[ He's settling back behind his desk now after having gotten himself a fresh cup of coffee. ]

She's just arrived. A few days ago, actually. A fine young lady by the name of Angelina Durless if I have that right?

I see. I will keep that name in mind, thank you.

She seems rather competent to say the least.

[ A pause. ]

Would it be too much of an imposition to request for you to join us? There are times when the citizens both local and foreign require medical assistance.

Not at all, I would be more than happy to be of service.

[ A pause for consideration. ]

Ah, yes. If... you may have any questions about the city, I shall do my best to answer them.

Good morning, Riffael. My name is Fina, it is a pleasure to meet you. While I do not know of anyone in need of a doctor, if it arises I will be come to you first.

Hmm, it's nice to meet you, Raffit-san. I'm Minako Arisato.

I'm new here too, but I was told there's a real estate office you can go to if you need to find a place.

I suspect that has something to do with the fact I have been here a few days already. I was not so calm upon my arrival.

Good morning, Mr. Raffit. You might want to try contacting Dr. Muraki, he is the head resident doctor at the local clinic. I just recently joined the staff myself. [Bows.]

My name is Angelina Durless.

Ah, it is a pleasure to meet you, Dr. Muraki told me your name.[He offers a small smile in return.]

Oh? He did now? Quite an interesting man, isn't he?

[She looks at him. He's almost as white as the other doctor. Except that Riff doesn't wear white clothes.]

By the way, do you happen to come from London? [His clothing style is very similar to the one she's familiar with.]

I did, as a matter of fact. And, yes, he is. Still, it is nice to know there are other able-bodied doctors here.

It would certainly be unfortunate where there only one.

It certainly is reassuring to have more medical colleagues. I believe before there was only Dr. Muraki. [Shrugs.]

And I come from London myself too.

[He stares at the man in the video for a moment. He looks too much like Muraki for his comfort.]

Well, welcome to Vatheon, Raffit-san. I hope you find Vatheon an interesting place. I believe there are quite a few empty apartments, or even free rooms at some houses.

[He doesn't offer one of the empty rooms at his. There's too many complications at the moment between him and Tsuzuki to feel comfortable with a stranger moving in.]

Thank you, I'm finding it fairly interesting already.

I will have to look into some of these flats, then; it has been a while since I had to go 'shopping' for a home.

It is indeed more interesting than you think. You shall probably find out soon enough. [He wonders when the next curse will hit.]
