[Vegeta looks rather smug as he turns on his SFC. After the conversation with Sophie about Hubert's balls, he'd done a little poking around - and sure enough, there are people in this city that can heal like it's magic. Obviously, this means he needs to get his tail restored.]

I have heard that there are people capable of healing with magic in this city. Is there anyone who would be able to restore a limb? Contact me if so.

I can't say I know much at all about magic, but I am working on some prosthetic methods.

Cybernetic, yes. Though I'm still experimenting with connecting circuitry to an organic neurological network.

I've yet to hear of a healing magic that can restore limbs.

You looked into getting your tail restored as well?

I am capable of healing but...I doubt that I can restore a limb. [If she was able to do that, then it would have made healing so much easier]

There's Zelda but...I'm not too sure she can restore a limb either.

However, I can ask if there's anyone who can make one for you. I have heard that there was a thing called a mechanical arm, I'm sure there is someone who can make one here!

Mechanical won't be sufficient.

[He only sounds mildly irritated at Shirley for bothering him when she couldn't actually help him. Of course, Shirley is used to people that sound angry the majority of the time!]
