[The feed comes on, and all anyone can see is a flower shop with the name 'Kittens in the House'. There are flowers set up outside and the doors are open for business and a few patrons are milling about.]
I've recently opened a flower shop, and it's in need of a few employees. No experience is necessary, but it would be a plus. If anyone is interested, then just let me know.
[He's not giving out his name, yet. But he does end the feed.]

Of course. Where are you located?

[She's been to that area before, too, so she's confident she'll be able to find it. There's a click as the feed cuts off--
And she'll leave the base promptly, not wanting to keep him waiting.]
so sorry for the late reply! just got from a hiatus!
that's all right! welcome back :>
. . . She won't interrupt, of course, but just making her presence known is enough for now.]
thanks!!
[As Aya finished with his customer, he notices Teradine there and waved to her lightly. It was more of a lift of the hand and somehow moving it awkwardly in a friendly gesture.]
You must be Argilla, right? [He comes from behind the counter and approaches her.]

Once he's done, she hears him call out, and she turns to give him her attention. And she nods easily.]
That's right. We spoke a bit earlier, when I agreed to come.
You would be . . . Aya?
no subject
[Aya nods at the question.] It's nice to meet you. I can give you a tour of the flower shop, but there's not much to see. So perhaps we can save it for your first day of work. [He reaches behind the counter for a notebook and pen.] When are you available to work?
no subject
I don't really have a set schedule as of yet. Whenever I'm needed, I'm sure I'll be able to manage it.
no subject
Alright then. We're open only five days a week, with weekends off, but that's just for now. I usually open the shop since I'm pretty much a morning person, so you can come in from ten until closing time, which is about five or six. How does that sound?
no subject
[Argilla listens closely and nods. "Just for now," she takes to mean they may start opening on the weekends, if there are enough workers.
But for now, this is something she can manage.]
Will I be working with anyone else?
no subject
[Of course if business improves they would expand to more store hours or more days open. It would be something he would need to discuss after seeing their progress.]
[Aya jots it down onto the notebook, but continues talking.] Yes, Ken is co-owner of the flower shop, and Asato will be a part time worker. I'm also expecting someone else to come in.
no subject
[. . . well, there's no guarantee the names will stick very well in her head, until she has faces to match them with. But either way, it's good to know how many people to expect.]
I'd like to let my comrades know about this place, but I can wait until after they've arrived, if you'd prefer that.
no subject
What do you mean until after they've arrived? [It didn't make sense, unless her friends were on a trip somewhere.]
no subject
I meant the other workers. Unless they aren't coming today?
[She'd intended to meet them.]
no subject
Ah, well, they're scheduled to arrive, so hopefully you'll get a chance to meet them.
