ive only really been in one city my entire life, a little bit around the rest of the country too. its pretty different depending where you go.

my city - Shinjuku - is sometimes considered part of a larger city - Tokyo but lots of people consider the different wards different cities. the will of the city seems to think so at least since shes just for Shinjuku not all of Tokyo.

Goodness, that seems really complicated. I've lived most of my life in a village and on a boat. I can't imagine living in a city wit that many wards.
