My sincere apologies for falling asleep at such an inconvenient time.
[Not that any time would be particularly convenient.]
Now that I'm back...I'd like to inform people who aren't aware, or haven't heard enough, about the Defense Force. It exists as a group of volunteers to protect locals and fellow foreigners from attacks and threats, both external and internal. If you have experience as a knight or that sort of thing, I would urge you to consider joining. If you would prefer to provide a supporting role...no man on his own is an army. We need you too.

I don't believe the Defense Force should only protect others, we also have to look out for each other. What sort of force would we be otherwise? We do not get along, but you are my ally. I will not leave your fate to chance when you have no way of taking care of yourself. When you are conscious, of course, what you do is your prerogative. I had no ulterior motives. Do you understand?
