[ For those out and about this morning, there is a girl flying above the city. She seems to be looking intently for something, as she will occasionally return to the ground to look around and peer at people, buildings, alleyways...before taking flight again. In all actuality, she isn't looking for anything specific--She's just hoping to stumble upon anybody familiar, or anything that might indicate a way out.

After a while and long-since dry, she returns to the plaza, actually looking at the welcome brochure and SFC.

Well...here goes nothing. ]

Vatheon, huh? Can't really say I'm all that happy to be here--you know, important things going on back home and all.

[ There's a thoughtful pause. ]

But I've got to know: Am I really the only one from my world to get dragged here? Because that doesn't really strike me as being normal. Not when you were with a bunch of other people before waking up here--[ A sigh ]--Not that I even know what normal is anymore, with how today's been going.

[ She should have known that things would go down hill when she saw a giant, magic dragon get summoned by a bunch of balls. Seriously. ]

Anyway, if anyone see's a guy by the name of Goku, would you let me know? ...Something tells me he'd know what to do in this situation.

People can be taken from different points in time. My friend Fai who arrived here before I did was taken from a point that's in my past, but to him, it's the present. So it's possible they were taken from a point in your past, or from a point in your future.

Wow, so that kind of stuff really is possible, huh...and what about alternate futures? Have people been brought in from something like that before?

[ She just wants to better understand the situation she's found herself in.

And also make sure Trunks and Gohan are who they say they are. ]

I'm afraid I wouldn't know. Yuuko once said that in our travels, from time to time, we would find people that we knew, but that they wouldn't carry the same memories as we did. Even so, that person would hold the same soul as the person we remembered.

Even if you're friends don't remember you or the same things as you do, they're still the same person you remembered, just with different memories.

So even though they don't know me, they're still the same? [ A sigh. ] I guess that's kind of a relief, though. They may not remember, but at least I don't have to worry about them being completely different people.

It takes a little getting used to, but I'm sure with enough time, you'll find they're really not all that different from the people you knew back home.
