Ciel Phantomhive. The little smarmer needs a lot of lightening up if you ask me.

Bumped up to the top of the list. The Smarmers are the most fun.

Well, you will have a blast with this one. I would have a care with Mister Spears though. He does not really take kindly to pranks being pulled on his person.
