It would seem that the Head Nurse--assuming she's truly in charge of these curses, has an... interesting sense of humor. Just the other week I had a particularly nasty rumor spread about myself and now it seems that it's come true in a very literal sense. The rumor in particular was that I wore cat ears around my home. This week, well...

_{[Kimblee fiddles around with the SFC for a moment before he finally turns it to himself. At first, nothing seems out of the ordinary until a pair of ears perk up. But that's not all! He twists a bit and reaches back to bring a matching tail into view. Overall, he doesn't really mind it this time. They're much easier to conceal should he wish, but for the time being he's fine with just letting the ears do their thing.]}

Bravo, Miss Head Nurse, bravo. The irony of the situation certainly isn't lost on me.

[Whatever Rin's been cursed with isn't entirely obvious at first look, mainly because he's covering his head with the hood of a baggy dark blue sweatshirt. But there is certainly something different about his eyes - they're dark amber, instead of blue. A bit of his hair might be sticking out from beneath the hoodie, too, revealing it to have lost it's blue hue, seeming a bit shaggier than usual.

He just sort of looks at Kimblee - or more specifically his ears - for a few seconds before coughing against his hand (does he sound sick?) and saying something.]

I'm sure you remember the last curse we had--the one with the rumors? It seems he spread one about me wearing cat ears around the home. It's a little less embarrassing like this, I have to say.

The ears move under the hood again, and a faint growl escapes. He has a feeling it was Vani, but he doesn't say so.]

Though it must open up quite a number of doors for him--he'll be able to do things he wouldn't normally be able to do as a cat.

Yeah he's been goin' on about bein' able to eat things like a person does, and how he can talk to everyone, not just people who can hear demons.

I guess I can't complain too much. Even if he's bein' difficult about clothes, at least he's happy?

No, not normally. Usually gotta have some demon in you some where to to be able to hear other demons. ... which basically means me, right now. I guess a few other people in Vatheon can hear him too but damned if I know why or how.
