Attention everyone~

I have a question! Is there any sort of pattern to when people arrive? I have a little something I'd like to do for the new arrivals but I don't know that the people would appreciate me leaving everything set up for a whole month. I'm not sure why they wouldn't though..it will be colorful and cheerful and fun!

If anyone knows the answer, please let me know! I have some big preparations to work on.

The last two weeks of every month starting on the 22nd or 23rd. I haven't been able to see which cycle is more consistent yet.

It's going to be very bright and cheerful and bouncy..well I wonder if they bounce. Probably not very well..okay..instead of bouncy they will be full of air!

I arrived on the twenty-somethingth day of your last human month. Even if I couldn't make heads or tailfins of my situation, I did notice a lot of other people arrived-- they were humans though.

But if it's fun, you should just go for it all the time anyway.

Thank you for the help! I want to make it so that when everyone arrives they don't get all grumpy because they are wet in a fountain. They get to see something cheery and memorable instead!

I can't say there's anything wrong with waking up with your gills wet-- except if you don't have them, okay, that makes sense.

I think a lot of people who arrive don't have any. I'm sure some don't mind it, but for those that do we will try to brighten their day.

The locals and the Welcoming Committee throw a small party of sorts on the first of every month. As for when people begin arriving... it's typically not until the morning on the 23rd, though people sometimes show up at night on the 22nd as well.

Returns seem to happen at random, but new arrivals are mainly begin on the twenty-second and end as the month ends. There is little pattern to disappearances, as well.
