The majority of arrivals happen at the end of the month, and those arrivals are all confined to the plaza. The majority of those appearing at this time do not remember Vatheon, if they have been here before, but their are acceptions.

At other times, residents disappear for a shorter period of time, experience something in their own world, and return remembering Vatheon. These are not confined to the end of the month.

Arrivals often know others who appear, in my experience, but that is not always the case.
